  1. My storm has Koni and hr combo. There's some pics in my gallery thread. Really like them.
  2. I got a little lucky on these and managed to bag them for a VERY good price. Think I'll switch back to the standard Solitudes until Easter. The weather will hopefully be better by then, so I'll get the RXs on 8) I'll give them a couple of layers of Jetseal 109 + wax before getting the tyres on.
  3. Was like a little kid when they turned up yesterday  Brand new in their BBS boxes 8)
  4. Getting the box off without a lift is utter ballache tbh! It's heavy and awkward etc. Doable, but much better with another pair of hands to help.
  5. These are a lovely set of wheels! They are the perfect size wheel for the Corrado, and are extremely rare in this size. They give the VR6 the perfect stance. They have had a recent refurb at City Powdercoaters in Birmingham and have brand new genuine BBS centre caps. They also have BBS replica valve caps included. They are in excellent condition- one wheel has a small mark and one wheel has a slight ding in the rim, but this has been repaired by CPC (detailed pics coming soon). 16" X 7.5" 5 X 100 VW Centre Bore 57.1mm ET 35 (will confirm this once off the car) £285 ono without tyres £310 ono inc 2X 215 50 16 tyres with plenty of tread Collection preferred, but can courier for £45. More detailed pics of each wheel off the car soon...
  6. BBS RX2 16" in the rare and more desirable 7" width. 5 x 100, ET 42. Corrado size 205 45 16 tyres (Arrowspeed). Two have 4-5mm tread, the other two have around 3mm and are totally useable, but will need changing before long.Good straight condition, no buckles or dents. Presentable, but ideally need a refurb. Two have some kerb rash (see the pics). Collection preffered, or can courier for £45. £265 ono.
  7. You need to add a price please. I'm asking as a Moderator, not a potential customer! ;)
  8. There should be a small metal plate that attaches with the two screws. Part number 192721531, simply called 'threaded plate'. Should be cheap as chips if still available from VW :)
  9. Paul, you rip-off merchant! The trouble is, you can be left with things like the dash for ages and ages. Also the ducting etc. You could argue that the dash is worth a lot, but in reality, it's one of those parts that is difficult to sell. The switches, heater controls and centre console are the only really popular parts that you could charge good money for IMHO. Just added it up again- £250 I reckon :) Dash Heather controls £40 Glove box £10 Switches, head light etc.. £40 Centre console £40 under trays £25 steering column £25 indicator stalks £10 mfa stalk £10 heater box left ducting right ducting vents Rear seat bracket Brackets and fittings, steering column wiring £50 for the rest.
  10. Oh yeh, forgot about 288s! Excellent + pretty cheap 8) Best mod I've ever done (not on a Rado though) was getting my vRS remapped. MASSIVE difference. 180bhp- 225bhp (with sports cat too). I was laughing out loud on the first drive!
  11. I'd probably ask £200 for that lot. You could get more for them individually, but good to do a deal for someone who's buying a load of stuff.
  12. Probably BMC CDA for me. I'm with George on the 263s- not that impressed TBH. Like the 3.68 though- makes the VR what it should've been from the factory. Like my oem guages too 8) I'm sure Dave's short shifter will be superb too, when I eventually get round to fitting it!
  13. Good man, Jonesy :salute:
