    Waxing wheels

I use a couple of layers of Jetseal 109 first, then some hard wax. Lasts ages!
  2. Very nice. Not used very often on the Rado, but look excellent. Good choice ;)
  3. Oh wow! These look stunning in 17" 8) Nice one.
  4. Good and bad! Will give the opportunity to get a lot done, but a shame you won't be at the events in the Rado. Still coming to Coleford/Bristol/Berkeley? Won't be the same without ya! :(
  5. These usually go for around £25, so £35 with the K&N seems a fair price.
  6. Or maybe just a front view? ---------- Post added at 8:56 PM ---------- Previous post was at 8:55 PM ---------- Thanks for sharing mate!
  7. Yep, really annoying :( Working on a solution though ;) Thanks mate!
  8. Yep, loads. Starting to get annoying, despite the pretty view!
  9. Have various beige leather pieces available from a driver's seat. Will need a good clean etc, but perfect for spares/repair/refurb. Driver's bolster cover: £10 Passenger bolster cover: £10 Lower middle cover: £15 Headrest: £15
  10. Very good condition, all three top tabs present. £25 delivered.
  11. Gutted. Had a good look at them today, measured them up etc and they look like they're 5 x 112 pcd. They were advertised as VW fitment- I emailed the seller but never heard back, so bought them as I didn't want to risk losing them. I guess my options are to sell them on (which would be a great shame), or get some adaptors (which are really expensive). Dunno what to do and pretty fed up :(
  12. As you say Jake, it's a no brainer really. Polo is def worth a look- I'd also look at Ibizas and Fabias. ---------- Post added at 2:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 2:25 PM ---------- Baz, they're 16 X 7. Would've preferred 7.5, but not sure BBS ever made a 16 x 7.5 RX. Got such a good deal, can't complain!
  13. If you have still the original handles, just get yourself the repair kits from daves16v. Cheaper and will never break again ;)
  14. Thanks chaps. Jake, are you keeping yours then?

    handbreak cover

    Still available AFAIK. Around £20.
  16. Usually people use the 6A (Audi) or 9A Corrado bottom end. Pretty much straight swap. Will give more power/torque. Should see 150bhp+. Davidwort has done this- worth having a look at his gallery thread. There's also a 16v tuning guide in the Wiki.
  17. Dave is in the process of making one up for me out of stainless. Will be really high quality unlike the one that was on there already. They always fatigue eventually so stainless is the way forward...
  18. If the details are correct, they will fit. The only thing they may need is spiggot rings- you'll need to find out the centre bore.
