1. I cant remember will check and let you know
2. Sorry to hear that mate, best of luck getting another job :(
3. As I'm going to be taking the car off the road over winter from now on I will no longer need these wheels. Collection only unless you arrange a courier. First of is a set of 5x100 15" BBS RZ in good condition, could do with being refurbish but still look good none the less. Tyres are all good the best two have about 2-3mm left the worst have 1-2mm left. I have all 4 BBS center caps to go with them. Sold Second is a set of mk3 GTI wheels 5x100 15". Would be good as a set of winter wheels as they aren't in the best of conditions. Would probably look good once refurbished. 2 tyres are good with about 3-4mm left, another is ok with about 1-2mm left but the 4th is no good at all hardly any tread left. No center caps unfortunately but would look great with them. £50
4. Glad to hear she is going well, you should of gone up tomorrow as I am ( I practically live there, think I should take out shares or something ) Shame you cant make coleford, will have to organise a local get together when the weather gets good again
5. haha fair enough, I will cross that bridge when i come to it then :D
6. How did you go about working around the ancillaries under the car?
7. I would like to do the whole of the underside just to be on the safe side, plus I don't do things by half's! I just know if I leave it now I will be paying for it later
8. Thanks guys. couldn't find it earlier. Like most things just and idea, I could just remember seeing it ages ago and thought that was a good idea but defo not as simple as first thought. The under side of my car defo needs looking at and I know if I ignore it any longer it will bite me in the ass a few years down the line. So just doing my research now.
9. I can remember seeing ages ago a Corrado on some form of tipping rack. It secured to the car at each end and lifted the car up allowing you to rotate the car to get to the underside. IIRC the pic in question was related to rust on the underside. Just want to have a look at the pic to see how the rack was set up. Planning on cleaning up the underside after the summer to prevent rust and repair a few patches of damaged under seal. so just seeing whats the best way to get to the underside other than jacking it up and putting it on stands.
10. Welcome to the forum Have a read through here http://wiki.the-corrado.net/the_corrado_buying_guide_checklist.html And remember the search is your friend :)
11. Thanks guys, I hope its the end of my bad luck too. O yes cant thank Graham enough for the extra stuff like that he has done for me.
12. Well I have the tickets come through today. Only have 5 just waiting for Vaughan to confirm if he is coming then we have all the tickets filled. But if your local pop buy as its free to walk around the town center and see all the different types of cars so a nice change from all the VW shows. Food will be provided again thanks to my mother, not sure what it is this year so will have to wait and see. Are we all meeting in the same spot as last time in the lay-by at Westbury on Severn. I think we need to be in place by 9 but will double check.
13. To top things off, the Metro is playing up now. It sprung a big fuel leak of all things today at work (why fuel too expensive) so that is at the garage over the road from work waiting for the verdict. Just waiting on the 3rd thing to go wrong now
14. Ya love them, make the car look so much better. will start looking for leather door cards to finish the inside off when I'm ready.
15. Haven't got any pics of them inside yet going to wait for the Porsche seats to be fitted before I take any pics
16. Looking good mate :D I have finally put the rear leather seats in the car at long last.
17. I think we have made up after are little falling out earlier on in the week I think things have been made up now. Put 90% of the inside back in just waiting on the Porsche seats and a few bits of trim which are going in on Thursday. Also put my new wheels on and I think they work rather well on the car :afro:
18. Well the car is now fixed  Big thanks to Graham for offering to come down and give me a hand fixing it (in others words I was stood there watching). Specially coming down so early on a Sunday. Put another drive shaft on with new CV joints too just be on the safe side. After we (he) got it off we found what caused the problem. Looks like the CV joint had disintegrated/exploded as the casing was broken into peaces and all the ball bearings were missing, which caused the bolts to de-thread the flange. As all ways the car does a "proper job" of destroying itself! Im sure there should be bearings in there  :camp: Going to spend the day putting the new wheels on and putting the interior back in, so lets try again for next Sunday now.
19. Yes! Congratulations by the way :D
20. Its not good is it. Hope you have better luck than me Ya I hope it can too
