4. Im looking to swap my black parcel shelf with 2 Alpine 6x9's for a clean black shelf (ie no speakers cut into it, standard ect ect) with a bit of money my way. Wanting to swap because I have a rear strut brace and these dont fit. The shelf its self is in very good condition. it does not sage under the weight of the speakers and who ever installed them done a very good job (see pics) The straps are mint condition too, no splits or signs of splits. spec of the speakers:

Product Identifiers

Brand Alpine

Model SPS-6929S

MPN sps6929s

Key Features

Size 15.24 x 22.86 cm

Car Speaker Type Component

Elements 2-Way

Powered Non-Powered

Nominal Power Handling 30 watt

Technical Features

Sensitivity 92 dB

Peak Power Handling 120 watt

Pics of the shelf
 5. Blue storm spotted in Tesco's car park in Lydney today N***FLC
 6. Spotted 3 corrados this weekend on my way to and back from Paris for the rugby :D First was on Saturday about lunch time heading west of the M25 not long after the M3 junction. Was green and from what I saw was looked like an early rado and fairly standard. Second was in France. Wasn't even off the channel tunnel 5 mins when a silver VR6 came tearing past us (was french so probably not on here) And the third was this afternoon at about 2 ish again on the M25 this time heading east. Was green again and seamed to be a VR6 and a late one, also eamed standard.
 7. go gold seams to work well on your car :D
 8. Its a tight fit!!!
 9. IT was sad indeed to see it go was great fun to drive :( The insurance is crazy all the quotes Ive had are more than the car is worth all because I cant use my current 4 years NCB on the car other wise it would be about £400. And they wonder why so many people drive uninsured!!!!
 10. Im having to clear my garage out of Corrado parts I've accumulated over the few years of Corrado ownership as I'm in the process of buying my own place which unfortunately has a considerable smaller garage. A whole load of vr6 and 16v parts (listed on the ebay add) it is up for £80 but forum members can make me a offer as I need it gone asap. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300676017725?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 Thanks for looking *Metro and wheels not included, but pretty much everything else you can see is*
 11. How does this work again Andy I cant remember? Do I need to order my own ticket?
 12. Application forms have been sent in along with the admin fees if every one that is coming could pm me so that I can give you my paypal details for the £2.50 fee for each car
 13. Im going to have to get used to the no power steering. I will have arms like Popeye soon
 14. Well the golf has gone now so quite sad stripping some of the bits off of it. :( Today my gf's grandad turned up at our house with a car and said here you go its yours. Said he got it so I dont have to use the rado every day. Shocked isnt the word considering he is a scScrooge when it comes to money and helping people out. And this is what he got me The beast is a Rover Metro 1.4 auto :D only done 43K miles and body work is all most spotless. Just need to get a decent insurance quote now American express quoted me, £10,083 for Third part F&T  go figure. I've only had about 5 quotes that are under £600 (I pay £660 on the corrado at the mo) no wonder there are so many people driving around uninsured if the insurance companies are quoteing that! :bonk:
 15. I think we all go through that at some stage. Huw certainly does look good :D
 16. Just done a quick search and the one amp.has a pre out :D The one amp is an alpine f240 the other one which I think.is smaller is a sony xplod but cant find which model it is.
 17. Cool beans I've only got 1 problem then, i only have 1 preout from the head unit
 18. Ok cool thanks mate. The RCA is the wire the sound signal travels down right? And the blue signal is the control signal from the head unit?
 19. I will do tomorrow, they're in the garage at the mo So what's the best way to get power to them both as well as the signal from the head unit and then onto the respective speakers/sub Can I piggy back one off the other?
 20. If I'm honest i cant remember what size they are. maybe its a 1000watts and for some reason 250 rings a bell for the smaller one I have all the cables I. need just not sure what the besy way to wire them up are.
 21. One amp is a 100 and i cant remember what the other one is but its smaller i think.
 22. What's the best way to wire up two amps to do two different jobs. One amp for subs another for speakers.I know how to get a sub working but how do I go about setting other amps up at the same time without having loads of cables running every where?
 23. Sorry to hear about your bad luck mate *man hug* Just fight on through and things will be better. Least you have the corrado to focus on
