I was a passenger in a Nissan qashqai. I'm still waiting to get my rado back from the engine confersion :(

Cool. I was bored out of my mind and saw this red thing in the distant and thought I know that shape :D Havnt seen any rados in ages but saw two in the space of an hour so was very happy.

I saw 2 rados on my way to Legoland today. First was a dark coloured (only caught a glimps) heading west on the M4 between J16+J17 at about 8.40 Second was Red with a bonnet bra and clear rear lights again heading west, by J10 at about 9.25 Any one want to own up?

Stan is right and putting a 24v in is cheaper than rebuilding the current engine but still not cheap. At the end of the day you have a newer engine with low millage, better economy and more power. So a winner all round. When I get mine back I can take you out in it if you want.

Ya I bet its pretty nice to drive. That sounds like a good plan :D

looks like one hell of a car you've got there. You will have to take me for a spin in it :D The interior isn't too bad either :)

Welcome :D Just a bit of advise about the car, dont build something you can buy as its not worth the money. There isnt much point putting a VR6 engine in a 16v or G60 due to the amount of work and cost of the whole process. The only exception to this would be to put a VR6 into a yellow 16v or G60 as the VR6 never came in that colour. If you want to put a different engine in try doing something out of the ordinary or go for the usual 1.8t conversion. At the end of the day its your choice but just something for you to think about :)

Bump for new listings

Blow - not a new film but a fantastic watch every time I see it. Johnny depp on top form as all ways. Almost comes across in a Fear and Loathing style film (which I love) Johnny Depp plays a drug dealer who starts off importing cannabis and then moves on to cocaine and the perils of this business, very well told story and based on a real person. Just a great film to watch even with a sad ending. 9/10
