It is indeed the 2.8 came from a bora. Ya they are still alive and kicking, Dave has gone back to his old job, but Graham is holding the fort and has a new guy started the other week. Cant wait to get the car back tho after it being broken for most of this year. Cant seam to find many out of the box mods for the 2.8 24v tho apart from a remap and "neuspeed power pulley" both only giving an extra 4-8 bhp each. Are there many interchangeable parts between the 2.8 and 3.2?

When I get my rado back from DG with the 24v it will be running a BMC CDA and a cold air feed to make sure it isn't sucking in any hot air from right behind the Rad :D

Exchanged waves with a very nice looking rado today on Bristol road in Gloucester at about 12.50. Was black with a bonnet bra and very deep dish black wheels (banded steels maybe), looked sic and makes me want mine back even more. I was in the **** look golf going the other way, are you on here?

I was thinking that too. Even the spark plugs have the distinct vr6 sound. Can never get bored reading this thread and learn so much at the same time. Top work :D

Drive all of them and find out. I have a VR6 well did its now a 2.8 24v but I loved the VR6 roar and power but before I had a 2.0 16v which was really nice to drive but was just lacking in power. Cant comment on the G60's tho Just drive them all and make your choice

Thanks mate, kind of makes more sense now. Im guessing this design would work on all vr6 engine? (4motion and r32) and no plans of getting it made then?

For lack of better knowledge how does the sump work and how is it better than the standard one? ;)

The vr6 is all about the induction sound over the exhaust sound Just had a K&N cone on it with a Jetex exhaust system and that noise was enough to make me almost do a man wee every time it went over 4000rpm :afro:

Im sure it will be good. Like Chris said you Rocco is good and the Polo as well. I cant really say much as my daily looks like this [ATTACH=CONFIG]49568[/ATTACH] A poor attempt in comparison to your cars but its just a bit of fun and something I can leave any where :D

Nope didnt sell. Ahh not far at all then. Ya all you do is unscrew the 4 bolts holding the sun roof panel in place to take the old one out then this just bolts straight onto it. Tis a simple swap
