Im after a sun roof cassette doesn't have to be working just as long as it as two parts!!!! 1. The infamous plastic bits that keep breaking and stop the sun roof from working (strange request I know but I've got an idea :afro:) 2. The interior panel the is the opposite side to the sunroof, basicly the bit the plugs the whole in the roof lining. Thank you muchly

Looking good mate Where did you get the DBP paint mixed? Was it a good match? I went to Halfords to try and get a touch up pen and they couldn't even find the paint with the paint code -
Haha no I had to take them off a while back because of a flat and I picked them up on the cheap so wacked them on when it went for the engine change so that I didnt have Chris's speed-lines on it

Today the old girl got a bit of a pampering ready for the winter weather. She had a wash, quick polish and two coats of collinite 476 wax to help keep the salt off the body on my next day off I will give it another quick wash then one more coat of collinite was followed by some soft turtle wax to give it a nice shine :D Any way enough talking here are the pics (excuse the wheels, they were put on whilst the car was getting the engine change, the BBS's will be back on soon) The compulsory engine shots Ans whilst taking it for a spin the car millage clicked over to this. Cant wait for spring to come around again so I can give her a proper detail and going over with a machine polisher as there are so many scratches :( Over and out

haha sounds like a better idea :D

AS the title says I have been trying to dry the sound deadening foam from under tha carpets the whole time the car has been getting the new engine with now joy. They are went from the water leaking in through the heater fan which will be fixed asap Im running out of ideas what has worked for you? tempted to put them in the over

IT did indeed take a while but I know it was because Graham wanted to do the best he could for it and it shows. Im very pleased with it to say the least, just need to pull my finger out now and start sorting little bits out on it. Going to give it a good clean tomorrow and get a couple of layers of wax to see it thought the winter.
-
If I remember correctly it was being towed on a trailer and either it got loose of the trailer did
-
Ya Im getting there also kind fo hard as the rev counter isnt working at the mo because Graham couldnt get the little device he needed. But when it arrives it shall be installed :D Going to have a fiddle with the cr tomorrow morning then again on Saturday. Going to get a "little" wanted list up soon as well. God I love having it back

It sure does have the smile factor. The power is on tap and you dont need to wait for it to build like the 12v. Only issue is I need to get used to the bite point of the new clutch and as the throttle is very sensitive it leads for a bit of jumping at junctions :camp: Graham has really done a great job with this well worth the wait
-
Well after a long wait she is finally home :D She done the same as my last rado and made Grahams job a nightmare. Had a few hiccups along the way which needed sorting including new ECU and power steering rack. And after a bit of a hassle getting the car taxed. Went to the post office to find I didnt have my V5 in with all my documents :bonk:So off I went all the way back to Gloucester to get it then to the nearest post office then back up again to collect the old girl. The new engine is fantastic power through out the rev range and so responsive Only negative is it doesn't have the 12v induction roar :( A few teaser shots will get better ones when I can
