i`ve heard a few stories about gearbox`s letting go after an oil change-due to them being USED to their old oil! i`ve always put it off on mine cos of this (mine on 144k) any experience or is it just bollards???

headlight glass still available from dealer about the same price! check GPC for fogs!

IIRC i had the injectors out whilst still attatched to the rail so i could see them squirting, but i cant remember how to get them out, someone will tell you i`m sure... sorry

IIRC there`s a switch under the gear stick cover that tell`s`em to turn on..... i could be wrong!

i didnt have any problems with muck in my tank until my dad decided to keep 5litres of wood preservative in a jerry can and i added that to my fuel!!!!! :cry: :cry: :oops: didnt get far but after a couple of hours of removing/cleaning injectors etc..... it was fine!

why dont you find some forum users in your area and see if they`ll take you for a spin? the 16v is a lazy car but it should provide you with enough fun if you keep the loud pedal floored, G60`s are a different kettle of fish and much more tunable....it just depends on your needs from a car :?

IIRC there is a cog on the flap which directs the air up to the windscreen when you move the lever! this can break meaning the flap doesn`t get moved.... you`ll probably have to take the heater control panel off and the parts of the dash in the footwell s off to trace the bowden cable to see where it goes hope this helps

went to look at this. h plate 1.8 16v 155K FVWSH, cambelt done 5k ago,discs last year,never had head gasket done,only a few dings, looks totally original, felt very good--straight and FAST compared to mine lots of pull! engine was quite dirty and the front seat was a little worn no sunroof?!?! good or bad? and the rooflining was sagging badly-price on repair?? was asking £2150 including a set of 17"wolfrace street racer wheels or something??? said i didnt want the wheels and got him down down a bit-£300ish opinions??

but why on a german plate?? do mazda have anything to do with VW?? my dealer has vw, audi, chrysler and mazda showrooms on the premises, are they all related?

i`ve just noticed and i dont know if it`s been posted before but... the red RX8 in the ad has MAX 808 on a german plate does anybody know why???

emmafwa, hey emma i take it your the same emma that bought sonia`s gearstick surround hope it fitted ok? there are more corrado`s round here than anywhere else i know.... silver one is a G60 owned by a lad i know a little bit called Rui, another mate called paul owns a clean yellow G60 dont think they`re on here though (although i have directed them here a few times!!!) i passed a sherry coloured one on the bends between menai bridge and beaumaris the other day, i flashed and got a wave!

yeah i wouldn`t mind if they were all red but that purpley colour must be the colour of the laquer he sprayed over!!?? could this be a fix for the "how do i flash orange" problem!!?? i`ll ask when i get my other lights done and leave the white!
