  1. I've found the caliber alloys heres a link to them: http://www.topgear.co.uk/acatalog/17_in ... tyres.html
  2. As title suggests does anyone have 16" Lenso BSX fitted over 312mm brakes, or a similar wheel style would be okay not likely tobe rs301's tho due to price!!! I've also seen some similar wheels i think they were caliber or similar anyone got an opinion on these,i think they do these in 17" too!! Cheers Andrew
  3. Tell them the body shop said it's a real bitch of a colour to blend in so the car will need a respray!
  4. I would remove the extra oil as it won't do the engine any good with that much extra in there!
  5. Did'nt i read somewhere you need to build oil pressure for the chain tensioner to work, or was it the hydraulic lifters? You did put oil in did'nt you????
  6. Well i replaced my central locking pump and the electric window module today, but i think my problem is still with me as after unlocking the car i could hear the central locking pump still running! I jump started my car from the wifes and took it for a 15 mile drive, when i got back it would start off the key a couple of hours later not enough juice to turn the damned thing over. I think i'd better give the battery a good charge before i jump to conclusions, but i recon the problem is something else! I'm totally gutted as i wanted to go to rtts tomorrow, i don't fancy going and looking a right numpty infront of hundreds of people when it lets me down.

  8. Cheers for the link, i googled it after asking and up it came! :cuckoo:
  9. Who's BJV and where are they based?
  10. Surely this has got to quite a sensible buy for you, if you can get it a bit cheaper: http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewto ... 13&t=93211 After reading what parts etc are going to set you back from the posts above, you'd soon get beyond the costs of whats being sold above!!
  11. Is the car insured? If so ring them, tell them it's broken pay the £75 and have a new one fitted!!!!

    snap off boss

Looks good but how much closer to the driver does all that kit bring the steering wheel?
  13. I've got a similar problem with mine, the central locking is playing up and it has blown a fuse that took the electric windows out with it! When i went to start mine this morning it was a bit lazy on the starter and only just started! The fuse for the windows/ central locking is above the relays on it's own and is a 20 A !
  14. Cheers i found the 20A fuse earlier and replaced it! I'm not sure what to check first really, i guess that being the door locking was the first issue to look there! So to get this straight the modual behind the rear panel only controls the windows and the one on the drivers side of the boot is all the gubins for the locks!
  15. Thanks very much for the reply, Do you mean it's higher up on the board above the relays or is it loose in a fuse holder?
  16. Is this central locking interface a different unit to the pump that is mounted on the drivers side of the boot?
  17. So far i've not had chance to look further into this, but today the auto closure on my key has stopped working altogether! Are the electric windows on a corrado linked to the autoclosure in anyway as they've stopped working too, i've checked the main fuse board for any blown fuses but they all seem okay. Any help on this would be great, as opening the doors with a key is no major problem untill i get time to sort it but the windows could be a major ball ache with the forecasted hot spell on the way!!! Andrew
  18. This offer is running now and ends on the 18th the offer code is: MAYOFFER
  19. Surely to get a good lasting finish they'd need to be baked, so would a mobile service be able to offer that?
  20. Looks fairly simple to do, i'll get mine done over the weekend!
  21. Has anyone got any ideas where my problem could be stemming from ?
  22. I've said it before i've got to do the keyless entry fitment to mine, if i buy the kit would you be able to tell me what wires to connect to what?
  23. Surely that is drivable if a similar sized wheel is fitted to the front corner and maybe a slight arch tweek or two!!
