I just got home and my car doors were locked on me and the interior handle would'nt open the drivers door, so i pulled up the door pin and then opened the door. I then tried to lock the door with the windows down, so the car would run through locking the doors then do the windows etc but nothing! I then got back in the car and started it and i could hear and see the doors and boot locking and unlocking themselves, the locking unlocking procedure happened about 6-8 times and then stopped. So i stopped the car got out and everything is working again as it should! Where is the module that controls this, and any suggestions for a cure for if it should happen again!

The guy at the parts counter didn't say, I think he said none were avaliable! That was at Helston

Cheers Alex, i'm not sure that i'd be able to fit 2 sets of alloys in mine or the wifes car, but when i take them i'll give it a go and get back to you! I'll take a look atthem in a bit! Have you used them before? If so how fast do they turn them around and price?

My VR has done 106k which is quite low for the year and i've thrown money at it over the last year, i'd hate to think what it would be worth if i came to sell it!

What the best paint and lacquer to get for doing all red rears and where am i likely to find it? I've got the red and silver inpro rears on at the moment, but i feel they look too modern for the car, so i'm planning on tinting the standard rears that i've got! Do most people use standard lights for painting? Cheers Andrew

What do you mean resale value, if you look at the money our cars are fetching at the moment they could'nt get much cheaper!
