Does anyone know what the current price of the sunroof repair kit is please?

Cheers i'll have another look, because all i came up with was people with the same problem rather than fixes!

I recently bought my corrado that needed paint, so in the end i went for a full respray, i showed the body shop the scratches on the back of the sunroof and i was told it was rust on the back of the tray and could easily be sorted! Today i popped over to the body shop to see what progress has been made, but they can't seem to sort the problem with the roof. It functions well as in tilt and slid just the damn scratching, i don't want to use it when i get it back and bugger the fresh paint on the sunroof! Any tips would be great!

what size splitter and what dealer was that from?? last quotei had from my local stealers for a 90ml was £126 :shock: i try to use the stealers as much as i can but my local ones are a, useless and b,incompetent i went in the other day to get a new wiper blade, gave them the part number and they still managed to give me the wrong one.. never get any discount either and they are so reluctant to help just because i dont have a brand new touareg etc, however i do have 2 corrado's which means ill probably be making more trips to the parts department then a touareg owner anyway :wave: its getting that bad that im considering going all the way into the southampton branch now as the hedge end and portsmouth dealerships just havent been any good for me :([/quote:13zgga7w] It was the 50mm splitter, i did'nt see the point buying a new 90mm one at twice the price to drag down the road!

Whats the price of the VW Synta Silver semi synthetic, has anyone else got any recomendations on engine oils? How much Mt90 do i need to change my gearbox oil?

Anyone else run a lowish rado with 17 x 8's without arch mods?

I've been browsing the opie oils site but he's got a rather large sellection, which of his engine oils would you recommend i get? Also which gearbox oil? Cheers Andrew

It's got coilovers and is very low at the moment, when i bought it and got home i struggled to reverse it onto my drive. I'm not planning on running it that low, and the only rear passengers would probably be my youngish children!

As above really i started a thread and realised the wheels i want only come in a 17 x 8 fitment will i get problems with them rubbing etc?

I've just been reading this thread: http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewto ... =3&t=80210 and had a grim thought will i have problems with the wheels i'm planning as they are 17" x 8" my rado's in the paint shop and they are starting it tommorrow, will i need anything doing to the arches to run them?

Can i ask roughly what you had done and also roughly what it cost you?

Cheers for all the info guys! How odd is that a tuner that is'nt 300 miles from me, makes a refreshing change! I'm not sure i'd be confident enough to undertake the work myself, i'll have to get reading to see how complicated it all is! Where would be the best places to look for good secondhand chargers or turbos?

I have'nt dug around that much, but what is the complete price likely to be for having a turbo or superchrger fitted to a VR6 corrado? Also wheres the best place for this kind of work bearing in mind i'm down in Cornwall! Andrew I've buggered up the title it should read £ for turbo or ................
