  1. Ok mate, bang some pics up and we'll go from there.
  2. Glad you got on this Rob, I figured you'd have a more in depth explanation.
  3. Toohottotrot - I'm going to give the front wings a miss mate. Been up where I keep the car in storage and found a pair of US spec front wings I forgot I had. Thanks anyway bud.
  4. Cheers for the link Trev. The passenger side is no good as it has cracks in it but the drivers, from the picture, looks ok, does it have any cracks, that perhaps the camera didn't pick up? Cheers.
  5. How about 80? Would you post?
  6. Turborado - out of interest what management system are you using, OEM or something like OPEng? I'll be using QPEng and I have a mate who's running the same and it produces 250bhp at approx 19psi boost and that is plenty quick enough, his engine is either a ARX or ARZ from an Octavia with a K03s. I remember when I spoke to Turbo dynamics about having my K03s 'tarted' up to be essentially a K04 within a K03s shell they reckon the upper operational limits of the K03s for longevity and reliability was approx 210bhp, K04 was approx 265-270bhp. That said almost everyone runs slightly more and has no probs. I think if you intend to use any 20v that was designed to have either a K03 or K03s turbo you should, for reliability sake, use that turbo and likewise if you find a BAM use the K04. I only ask about the management as it might be the way it's set up to deliver the power that's causing you to ruin your engines. Also what Dang60 said about the K04 being by trait a quick spooling turbo and it almost 'shocks' the internals and they sh*t themselves as a result?
  7. How much do you command ;)
  8. Hi Trevor, Thanks for the heads up. I'll hang slack on the fog light until GlosterOx can confirm which one he has, if he's got the I already have then I'll be in touch. Regarding the indicators, are they early spec and have no cracks etc? If so how much for just them? Cheers.
  9. Still after a set of wings peeps. Late or early not massively fussed but late would be better. No rust is a must, colour is not an issue. Cheers.
  10. The AUQ comes with a K03s as standard, don't they? Mine did. I always thought the AGU was the next best thing to the 'scene' BAM or APX engines as it had larger intake ports or something??? Turborado - I don't know if your problems are stemming from the fact your using the larger K04 turbo with an engine that was never designed to take it? Might also be worth finding out exactly how much boost your actually making because if it's a similar figure to what dannyboy above is getting with a APX engine, which is from a 225 Audi TT, which has, as standard, a K04 turbo and forged internals then maybe what fishwick is saying might be the case, it simply isn't up to the job? Maybe consider winding the boost/hp down a bit and see how you get on. Please anyone jump in hear if I'm talking pish.
  11. Christ, I've gone for an AUQ also, hope that doesn't happen to me! That said I only have the tiny standard blower. At an educated guess maybe it was producing too much boost for the standard internals? The BAM engine, for example, has forged internals I believe which comes equipped with the K04 as standard so it's designed to take the punishment but it's not uncommon for people to run nearly 300bhp on a so to speak inferior 20vt engine and have no probs. What engine did you have the 1st time? Same code? Does seem odd it's happened twice!?
  12. Graphite - Would love to see these wings your working on, I'm on the hunt for a decent set of late wings but having very luck currently so the carbon option seems a promising one.
  13. Go on then Jay, 25 english delivered. PM me your paypal. It will be mid next week I'll transfer the money if that's ok? Cheers.
  14. Just scoped the item via the item ref above, seems ok from the pic, hopefully the drivers side is an easy fix, can't see why it wouldn't be like? If you get chance to take a few more pics over the weekend then I would appreciate it if you could forward them on. Cheers.
  15. Honestly, how bad is the wear? Is it on the rubber section directly underneath the pedals? How much including delivery? Cheers.
  16. Hi Ian, could you confirm what side it is please and condition, must have no cracks. Cheers. ---------- Post added at 05:29 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:29 PM ---------- Hi Jay, What side is it please? Cheers.
  17. Renson, if your referring to the valver I had for sale I sold it about 2 weeks ago, sorry mate.

  18. I'm after a good condition *BLACK* complete carpet. The one from my G60 (1992) smelt damp and was looking a bit tatty. If you have or can retain the fixing that would be very helpful but if not no major dramas. Many thanks.
  19. As in the title, mine are a bit worse for wear now so looking for direct replacements, there for a '92 G60. What have you got? Cheers.
  20. I'm a little confused? Your response seems to indicate that you think I have them for sale when in fact I'm after the seats, not selling.
  21. As in the title, just after some late cloth seats from, I guess, a VR6. Collection possible, depends on distance from Norfolk. Cheers.
  22. Location: Norfolk Price: 600.00 GBP Date added to Classifieds: 5th Jan 2012 Description: For sale is my Corrado 1.8 16v. White 165,000 miles NO tax or MOT The guy I bought this from was planning on fitting carbs and in preparation for this he removed parts of the injection & exhaust system. The car is currently a non-runner as a result but just the above re-fitting and it should run no problems. It also needs a battery. The car comes with a complete stainless exhaust system. Having had only a quick chance to look her over there is nothing obvious, that I could see, that suggests the injection system has been disturbed? The only thing I noticed was the throttle cable has been disconnected (see engine bay pic) The car has also benefited from a 5 stud conversion (see pic) which opens up a wide range of wheel options should you choose to change them. The car is currently sitting on 16" steelies and has good tread on all 4 tyres (205/45) The car is definitely a project and has potential to be a crackin' motor with a bit of time & money thrown at it but to just get it running it needs very little. Body work isn't the best I'll admit, usual spots of rust, but she's old bless her! I really don't want to go down the road of breaking as there's nothing terminal or costly to get it back on the road plus there becoming ever rarer on the road so I would like someone who has the time to fix her up a bit.
