Sorry to bring an old thread up, but my valver has a decat straight through middle box, with no suitcase and a rear silnecer, the problem i have is that when the engine and exhaust are nice and hot i get a pop a little flame on deacceleration, could it be the exhaust or something else, also when i slow down and change down a gear it pops as it builds up the revs Cheers

Id take the dash out personally not hard atall (taken mine out a few times now), it is a tad time consuming but worth it, otherwise your squeezing inbetween the dash and the bulk head and could damage something else. Theres a guide on the wiki on how to do it Best of luck Sean

I think the valve is on top of the rocker cover (clylindrical type think), and the bad start and idle could be a temp switch. Sean

I change my clutch slave cylinder on sunday as the old one was knackered. But now the biting point is right at the top, as before the change is was in the middle (sometimes :) ), Is the any adjustment on the clutch. Its a 2.0 16v 1992 Thanks in advance for the advice :notworthy:

Sounds like the thermostat is stuck closed to me, had to change a thermostat on my old mans car as it had seized, which caused water temp to build and pressure as the water cant move around to cool or BE cooled. Hope this helps :) Sean

Did it come of a LHD corrado, i have read on here that It will interfere with the powersteering it was LHD putting on a RHD!!!

ok, im not to good with a multimeter, what setting would i use to do the above and what hole would i use, theres 3 holes top one says 10ADC middle one says VohmmA and the bottom one say COM, any help would be good as im keen to learn these new thing :D
