I need to do mine again . I used furniture clinic and it peeled off . Maybe I got some grease from my hands on it , in between coats ?.

Yeah that’s true about the battery. I just stumbled across the battery problem online and thought you never know I’ve tried and tested loads of other parts . The multi meter was for testing the parts of the ignition system not just for the battery. I’m pretty good with mechanics when the time allows me to do stuff . It’s the electrical side of things I don’t get .

Thank you for the replies chaps. As I have said the usual suspects (most of them ) I have checked. Vacuum etc . I’m going to have to book it in if I can’t find it , I think a vagcom and a multi meter are needed to be honest.

I’m going to book the car in when time and money allow me too . Or try and do some more digging myself.

I’ve got a coil and dizzy set up , it’s an early VR . I’ve changed the coil for another one I had spare .

Afternoon everyone . Just sitting here , just thinking about my dodgy idle /misfire problems . Ive just read online about the battery causing these problems . Now ive not tested the battery , but it is over 4/5 years old , it has been recharged at least 6 times because of me working on the car or crappy weather has meant i cant drive the car so the battery has been flat . Ive been reading about the fuel pump not working how it should do , bad fueling etc . Sometimes the car will have no throttle response and then burst into life a few seconds later . Maybe its time for a new battery ?.

Thank you fend . I believe it will only have one recipient. It’s needed for evidence. Oh for hindsight eh, if only you could predict the future!. I always believed that information on a computer would always be there somewhere it never really goes away, not unless you destroyed the hard drive.

Thanks again for the replies chaps . I.T are going to recover the emails . As you have obviously guessed I’m no computer expert, I have no idea what server/ system it runs on . I do know 180 days is not going to go back far enough. But that’s what I.T are saying. Ok so it’s extreme but there are people that hack into computers and find sensitive data , but you can’t recover and email ?! . Also can you tell when it was deleted?. Kind regards Rob

These are deleted emails .as in deleted, then deleted from deleted box .

Sorry people I didn’t know how else to put it . I’m looking to see if anyone on here knows their stuff when it comes to deleted emails ,is it possible to find out when they were deleted ?. I wouldn’t normally ask but it’s extremely important. Kind regards Rob

By all means check first mate . I’m sure he used furniture clinic or liquid leather. It’s for leather, but he used it on plastic as well . As far as I’m aware both companies have the code to match beige. Liquid leather is corrado 95 beige . Even if you used the colour and sprayed a clear coat over the top I’m sure it would be fine .

I would spray them Hasan . When a mate painted his leather he used it on the plastics as well .

I’m taking an extremely rare Friday Saturday and Sunday off and going to Cardiff with “Er in doors “. Looking forward to it .
