Usefull info if you do a search . I had one from a company called revs west , it was soft on the inside to prevent rubbing on the paint when its windy , it also had three vents in it so the air could circulate and it had an elastic bottom to it so it fitted well and covered the car right down to an inch off the floor .

Thought i would ad these as its been a while since the leather was fitted , loving the cassette holder , thanks again to kip who kindly pointed it out to me . Next step is the underside ,which i have been promising her for a long time . I will be renewing the waxoil stuff , new bushes and bearings all round , i will be on the lookout for parts soon , inc wishbones , crossmember and the like ,so i can send them off for powdercoating .Also need to fit my door rubbers as they are a bit tired .Rob

Ok thanks Kip, so do i push the holder in so it fits snug , so the back is touching the back of the console ?

Hi all , just purchased a cassette holder and was wondering about fitting , do i just push it in till it clicks ?. May seem simple i just dont want to force it back ,if you know what i mean . Thanks Rob

I can upload from iphoto to photobucket , just seems a bit longwinded to me ? . Just thought i should be able to take it straight from mac to forum .

Can someone help me out please ? . I cant seem to copy and paste pics from iphoto onto the forum ? If i click on a photo and select copy then select paste ,all i get is an iphoto library numbers n stuff come up ,not the photo . Surely i can should be able to take a photo from there and paste it . Thanks Rob

Well me and rob tried to fix the handbrake problem today , it turned out it was working fine ,the problem was the piston was stuck . We couldnt shift it , so i took it down to a bloke i know who works at kwikfit . Bit of a pain to get it free, but once it was out and cleaned and greased it was like new . Also thanks to kip for the heads up on cassette holder on ebay , made him an offer and its mine , bit of retro back in the corrado .

Looking fantastic , you will get used to the new paint , ive got two small chips on my bonnet and its only done 1500 miles since the repaint . I got used to the idea that its there to be driven , otherwise it just becomes a trailer queen .

The black sealer that joins the carpets together ? if so thats just what it does ,stays sticky so make sure you hang the carpet so its free of sticking back on itself .

Yes they will mate , front and back are seperate , i put mine in the bath first and soaked em in machine powder , bit of scrubbin with a brush , then washing machine .Edit i did mean carpets not the underlay

Stick the carpet in the washin machine [ just dont tell er in doors ] They come out lovely .

I would dry it out first , it takes a while as its so dence , had to do it before and it was fine. Me and matt had a valver that we tried to sell and had to break in the end , that had a leak and there was inches of water in the front but it dried out fine .Rob

Always a worry when you have to leave your car in someone elses hands , no major damage which is good news , sure we will see fresh bumper pics soon
