  1. Fast Idle Test: CO % Max = 0.30 / car = 0.27 HC ppm Max 200 / car = 30 Lambda 0.970-1.030 / car = 1.003 Natural Idle: CO % Max 0.50 / car = 0.23 Not quite as nice as yours but a pass nonetheless! Though, Reasons for refusal of a Test Certificate 001 Nearside front lower Suspension arm has excessive play in a ball joint [2.4.G.3] And an advisory on rear brake hose ferrules are slightly corroded. Nothing too bad! Should get it through tomorrow
  2. Mine has just gone in for MOT today... I guess it's only fair I add to this thread as well when it gets back!
  3. Is that uh... complimentary? Even in Essex? :D
  4. It's not safe to drive in heels anyway!
  5. hmm think i might try this, i believe we've got some in the loft  Yeah, I mean, it's worth a try, as it's dirt cheap ;D
  6. I have just used some nice rubberyish carpet underlay, not the bubbly one, just the thick foam. Seems to do the job well, and is a nice thickness so you can cut triangles out to fill the sides of that strengthening piece that goes diagonally across the floor, and a layer over the top to disguise it :) It's very softt now though in comparison, but doesn't seem to compromise any sound deadening qualities. My old ones stank of dead animals/wet dogs when I took it out The cumulation of 18 years of filth is a rather unpleasant one!
  7. I bought these, fit well, just needed persuading in a little :D http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWNX:IT Probably cheaper from a dealer, most likely :) But convenience is a bonus!
  8. Yeah, they're doing what they can! I mean, I can't criticise, I'm not anywhere near to mass producing an electric car ;D Or anything, for that matter, so, y'know :)
  9. Unfortunately perpetual energy is probably never going to be invented
  10. Haha, i dont think that's something that im keen on tbh, especially since ive got them working as they should now  lol this is only in my golf. In the rado, i reckon that'd be a matter of life and death :D
  11. Yeah will do that at the weekend its really annoying so i've had to disconnect it for the moment, means having to pull the carpet up :( Im also thinking about getting a 1 Farad Cap, supposed to help reduce distortion...do you think it would be worth it for the *possible* bass increase and reduced battery drain? I personally never noticed a difference when I had my 3000w. I've not tried for noise reduction though. But the battery drain would be the same regardless, just spread out a bit surely :) Though, for the true audiophile, it's probably worthwhile. I quite liked my headlights flickering in time to the music :D
  12. Ah that is such a pain in the arse! As usual though, just make sure your earths are good and that the RCAs don't run or cross over anywhere near your power cable or remote turn on wire. Best of luck :D
  13. Nice job :) But lol, I thought you said you didn't want to compromise boot space? Looking at picture 3, still seems pretty big Then again Corrados don't really have massive boots anyway. I had to ditch my 15" sub for a 12" to get it to fit, which I am upset about =[ Though when I crashed my golf a wheel brace went through it anyway so, no loss But boot space isn't important anyway ;D As long as it sounds good, and with a sub not enclosed in the boot like that, I reckon it will be :)
  14. Id also be up for a set of these, in style 1 in MPH. Can u copy and paste the email that was sent to you Dr. Robotnik? I emailed them earlier today asking for MPH and they said no, this was before I did a bit of research on here tho...[/quote:fau0whkr] Sure, but it's just a simple So, y'know :/ I have got hold of some second hand DDI dials though, from a VR or a G60, I don't know :) But I can confirm they fit well and work perfectly on a 2.0 16v Now just the 1.8 valvers to worry about :/
  15. Yeah but who funds the NHS Surgery and wheelchairs?! (Which are not cheap!) Us, the tax payer. So we lose either way! -tear-
  16. Or if they leave their pre-determined perimeter their head blows off like a well known Swarchenegger film..![/quote:pwejs6s5] I prefer to think.. BATTLE ROYALE! That'd sort these unruly kids out. Instead of a young offenders, take them to an obscure island somewh-...
  17. Unless he has Audi 80 ones and not Corrado ones, then, I have no idea ;D
  18. Adrian Flux are apparently pretty good for young'ns :D Who are you with at the moment? I'm having to wait until I am 21 to insure mine :)
  19. What good is common sense if you can't be happy? I see big smiles as a good compromise ;)
  20. I've recently bought a lot of stuff from Audiorepaircentre, they do like warranty repairs/graded equipment at really low prices :) All of the stuff I've gotten is as good as new as well, so there's no compromise on quality. Give it a look if you want some quality/budget thangs :D http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/arc-audiorepaircentre
