Just won a drivers side door on eBay and i want to strip it down completely so i can get all the goodies off it. Is there anything out there that will cut the interior metal panel off so i have easy access to everything? I don't really want to fanny around for hours and hours trying to get the window mechanism and glass out, so i figure that cutting the interior panel off would give me easier access and make the job a lot less hassle. Any ideas anyone? Cheers Nick

Lovely little old lady in Tesco car park this afternoon asked me if my car was a Corrado. When i said yes, it was, she said "my son used to have one of these...... and bloody noisy it was too". God love her!! :)

Since giving the Rado that spruce-up last year, i have noticed that the inside of the windows never seem to be as clean as they used to...... particularly the windscreen and the hatch glass in the wet weather we've been having. Problem solved yesterday in Wilkinsons. I remember my old mum (god love her) using good old-fashioned Pink Windowlene with a lightly dampened cloth to put it on with so I grabbed a bottle of this yeterday when i saw it quite by chance. This stuff is brilliant. It goes on and comes off without any streaks or smears and i can honestly say that the interior of the glass hasn't been as clean in months. £2.45 well spent. Anyone else tried this?

Suffering with all this wet weather we've been having. Noticed mine is fogging up with alarming frequency now (so pleased i fixed the heater fan last year) and to cap it all, the top RH side of the windscreen has sprung a leak. Managed to stem the flow to the occasional trickle with some Shoe Goo, but i think i might have to get the windscreen re-bonded in the summer. The good Lord only knows how much that will cost! Any other tales of woe out there?? :)

Got a nod of approval from a guy with a VW Polo at the Polish car wash yesterday morning. He said the VR6 rado's were his favorite model and that they were the ones with the 'Cojones'. Gotta agree with him there!!
