A new magnetic sump plug, fits Most VW Audi models. Bought for my VR6 but never fitted now will be selling car so this is for sale. It's a high quality one- £23 on ebay. £20 delivered Technical Information On Our Magnetic Oil Drain Plugs. The Dimple™ Drain plug magnets keep on attracting metal particles @ 42MGO's (magnetic strength) to in excess of 180 Degrees C. A regular grade N neodymium looses magnetism at 79 Degrees C and often dumps all the swarf back into the oil!. (What use is that in your engine?) Each Dimple™ Drain plug will have the magnet secured using the finest 2 part resins available. They will not drop out and rattle around your engine like other cheaper products! The Dimple™ super drain plug is of all steel construction and is always delivered with 2 re-usable solid copper gaskets. The magnet on the Dimple™18 and 20mm X 1.5 is equipped with the highest rated magnet in SH grade (Super high temperature) The H model magnet. Unfortunately no engine. Gearbox now available but youd have to come and get it from Essex.... £150 is ok. It's spot on.
