A change may be afoot. -
Sounds like a fair price if the car is as tidy as you say, and given that it has that mileage! Look forward to seeing some pictures!
-
But not all of us can get a TPS account, and TPS is designed for trade.. hence quick deliveries. To be fair to ECP, I've had them get parts in for me within a matter of hours - was very impressed by that!
-
Just get it on order from your VW dealer mate... they should be able to get it fairly quickly.
-
WTF! New roof trims needed me thinks!!
-
Could be that your rack is on the way out... the steering on my 2.0 16v was always very heavy and my VR6 is very light in comparison! The pump was replaced on the valver (which didn't fix it) and it was determined it was the rack... You're not a million miles away from me - would be happy to meet up and compare steering weight if you want. And also demo the difference 288mm brakes make!
-
PM Supercharged - I think his brother in law had or has one for sale!
-
What model Corrado is yours? 288mm brakes are a very worthy upgrade indeed but are a heck of a lot easier on a VR6 than on a 4 cylinder car!
-
Have you refuelled it? A 10 month old tank of fuel probably won't be too zesty any more and will really need replacing..
-
LOL.. you really are a legend, Kip ;)
-
Great results, Karl!
-
Thankyou chaps.

Footman James ok with modifications? Gonna need to swap my policies around soon and re-insure the VR6 and need it to go onto a classic policy ideally! -
Welcome! Can't help but feel the Corrado is going to feel a bit slow and lardy I suspect compared to your turbo MX5! :)
-
My G60 MFA always used to say the same and I've no idea if it was truth or lies - I never measured it. As you say, best thing to do is manual calculation - be interested to hear what you find though! :)
-
Sorry mate but.. seriously? They're fecking REVOLTING!
-
Very nice! Nuneaton is only up the road from me as well! Hope you had a good drive back? Seems to be a few folks getting new Scirocco's lately!

Still bloody expensive for what it is! :(
-
You'll need to fix the url...
-
Apparently it makes virtually no different to cooling the engine, despite what you might think.
-
Congratulations :) Can totally understand the desire for something newer, more refined, etc etc! Be sure to stick up some piccies for us when you get it.
