happened again today,why is this only occuring when i turn the key wrong way to unlock,got me totally fused,help

mine is sk000780,were does that lead me,its also been parked on slight incline on both occasions its happened does that bear any relevence

this is weird and getting me down,same probelm as before car seems immoblised but after turning key in doorlock ,locking and unlocking ,it started and has been fine since,coincedence or is central locking linked to immobilser,help please

couldn't of put it better myself,the british public really do need educating about tyres,i know a lot of it is about money but buying quality really does save lives and i'm not just saying that cause i make my living from them.just try them from mid october on and you will be amazed,just my tuppence on the subject.

yeah,would be kw23, can't see them listed in them sizes will make enquiries tomorrow cause that's my sizes aswell,fair does that's a good price on the 195s

kumho are the best buy at moment,would be prepared to supply at cost but only for collection from depot in north wales

If anybody is thinking of getting a set would advise to buy asap, spoke to two major wholesalers today, both said they are running short already due to last years bad winter, be warned.

thanks again,started first time this morning,checked chassis no ,it is after the numbers stated,so has immobliser,will give that a squirt, read a lot about the isv giving trouble will probably give it a clean ,only thing is were is it ? :lol: cheers

thanks for all the advice,crank sensor was changed about 8 mths ago,never give it any gas when starting,what jim described starting then rapidly cutting out has happened a few times recently but has always started,would it be pointing to the ignition switch,thanks again

mines an "m" plate,how do i find out if it has?cheers

tried searching but with no success,do corrados come fitted with a factory immobilser? reason for asking ,car would not start this afternoon,was turning over but would not fire,the only different thing i had done was when unlocking firstly turned the key anti clockwise then back clockwise. locked car up came back after about half an hour,unlocked as normal and she started first time and has done since.no obvious signs that an aftermarket immoblisher is fitted .may well be ignition switch but thought i'd ask before going down that route,advice please

just acquired beige leather seats and doorcards,only probelm they aren't heated,the grey leather seats currently in the car are heated,whats the easiest and quickest way to convert ,help please

stunning ,what subframes were used or did you adapt corrado ones,suit the style of the car so well

kick off getting nearer and i'm in the middle of changing grey to black interior plastics and carpets,seats are out but can i for the live of me get the leather handbrake grip off ,replacement seems to have two runners any ideas

you've got me thinking now,has anyone got a plastic rocker cover and throttle body (not plastic).use my c as daily so couldn't afford for it to be off road whilst tb attended to,also can you recommend anybody to carry out work,cheers :shrug:
