got the car to how i want it now( exterior and interior) thoughts now turn to more power under the bonnet, love the accleration put top end seems to be lacking (don't know what to expect but my old vr felt faster only just keeping up with mr renshaw on way down to rr day) could this be down to the gearbox , wish it had gone on the rollers to see what it's pushing out . bit stumped as to which route to go for more power, any advice -

standard discs and mk4 calipers , whats the benefits ? would of liked bigger discs as standards look lost with 17s on, cheers -

passed mot last week, couple of advisories, happy days rear discs and pads badly corroded, fronts had already been changed to audi tt dinnerplates by previous owner, what would be peoples recommend upgrade for bigger brakes ? cheers -
no, took the plunge and ordered some leather trimmed ones off badgerman, really pleased with them, very high quality of workmanship, fitting this weekend ,will post pics when done anyway, anybody got the screw covers to finish the job off, cheers

sadly no, someone has sliced about 15mm off each side, so gap were it meets windscreen, don't ask me why if i can't get a mint pair in the next few days , i'll have yours cheers

get one ordered, still available from dealers and they do smarten up the bay has anyone got grey "a" pillar trims which i could paint as don't seem to be having much luck with black ones , cheers
