Crap? well, all saxo's are arent they? :lol::lol: -
you can replace the membranes with it yeah, but stick it to the dorrskins to gives the doors a nice solid clunk and a nice dence noise when you knock em, stops the skins vibrating soo much basically, the door becomes the enclosure, so you have to make it more robust you wouldnt make a sub box out of 1 layer of Fibreglass would you? it only needs thre STRIPS on each door one on each flat panel keep it away from the crease, just incase you needa dent repair in the future  what a difference mine made. HTH :)

if these arent fitted, is it possible for vibration to be felt throught wheels at higher speeds, ie, wheel "feels" likes it may be buckled, but you know it aint....? -
how exactly will they manage to hammer out the one on the rear arch? cause i had mine looked at and they said it cant be... What they did was using a hammer and a long metal bar, was to hammer out and push the dent back from behind. excellent job, but they said the rear arch was double skinned, and they couldnt do anything with it.

or maybe, its coincidence and some of your vac pipes are on the way out..

i actually screwed my relay rack to the inner wing just above where the dim dip resistor used to be. perfectly out the way there
-
sounds like your cables gettin slack. they can be adjusted, tho i think its a bit of a pain. if i remember, the correct setting of a corrado handbrake is full pressure on the second/third click. they;re not meant to come up that far. HTH

isnt the wire orange at the headunit? Quite iften i know you just have to rewire the plug on the stereo end, cause i had to do thid with my panasonic. it was odd, didnt have the dimmer for headlights on and the monkey that put it in didnt realise that the ign live and per live were swapped, so it always lost its memory  fixed it then changed it for my JVC about 1 week later

Replaced the chain tensioner and cams last night.

I'm well aware Haynes don't do a manual for the Corrado. And I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm just saying that I suspect that the vast majority of posters on the forum would never agree that removing the gearbox is "dead easy". Partly because most of them don't have the tools, the space, the time, the inclination even. You're right, I'm sure it's not brain surgery, but nor is it as simple as changing a light bulb, is it? You never know unless you try eh? theres no point telling someone its really difficult if they know its really easy, and you wont listen. just because the majority of people dont have the tools space or inclanation doesnt make it difficult, does it. it just means not evryone is so luck. or Lazy. Personally im lazy. i know i could do it. i would choose not too. my 2p. -
im sure i read somewhere before that the wiring is in fact there, someone dcided to try and unwrap the wiring loom behind the dash, and found everything folded out of the way. Im not sure how true that is tho....
-
ooh... i could do with the screws and two of the fixing clamps....
-
pmsl.. never thought of that one

Hella actually started making custom rear lights. ie. rings of red led's and then centre sections for fogs indicators etc... saw them a while back at a show. dunno much else, but it means you could have pretty much any combination, with a much more modern look hope this helps
