I have cloth doorcards, but the "leather" bit at the top started to peel and wouldn't stay tucked under the plastic strip at the bottom of the window. Just used some standard Sellotape branded double-sided tape and clamped it down for 10 mins. Works a treat for £3!

Common as muck them MP4-12C's (!)

Thought all splitters were obsolete as of a few months ago?
-
If you have a good condition 90mm, then I'd be willing to swap

I had an EP3 Type-R, and that thing had more character than any car I've owned. Loved to be revved and would cock the inside rear wheel like a crazy angry little terrier! It also had the best engine/gearbox combo of anything I've driven and was always fun to drive.

I thought both 50mm and 90mm were both now obsolete?
-
Well he has a 50mm splitter for sale for £60 so really, he's charging £40 more on the 90mm because it is deemed cooler visually by the majority of Corrado owners.

Just need a set of cheap alloys to fit onto my car whilst I refurb my speedlines. Looking for some with legal tyres if possible. Or if anyone can loan me one or two wheels then that would be ideal!
-
I need one of these! Just last week, I need a jump start from girlfriends dad as I'd left the lights on the evening before! Any chance we can get a detailed write up with pics for us electrical rookies?

The headrests on those Recaros are huge!

CH's would be my choice of wheel -
YOu can have DRL's that aren't LED's. My mums 6R Polo just has the front headlights on (only fronts, not rears) at all times. Maybe its possible to wire the Corrado headlights to do the same? Only problem with this system is that its very easy to forgot to turn the lights on at night as the fronts are on as soon as you start the car!

Looking for a 90mm splitter, decent condition. would consider a swap for my 50mm but would have to be mint condition. Thanks

Cheers Yandards, whats the best stuff for the spoiler mechanism?
-
Hi all, Is Castrol LM grease a suitable lubricant for the sunroof tracks and rear spoiler mech? I don't fancy forking out £20 for a tube of sunroof grease from VAG!

Heads up for anyone after a pair of 288 Calipers and Carriers http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-Mk3-Golf-VR6-front-brake-calipers-and-carriers-288mm-/270712173753?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f07b3f4b9#ht_3298wt_989

Sorry about the late reply buddy. Just got busy and completely forgot about this!
-
That looks spot on, are you alright with couriering the splitter? I'm based in the North East so a bit too far to travel and swap
-
If you have pics I'd be very interested in a swap, mate. Condition doesn't have to be 100% of course but as long as there are no warps or cracks
-
I have a mint condition 50mm on my VR, whats the condition of your 90mm splitter?
