First lot failed qc at the suppliers due to the wrong banjo end being fitted!!!

Normal bloke that makes them up was off so his Assistant made them incorrectly, luckily they didn't get sent out and the normal guy picked up on them and has re done them!!

They do have two on each rear yes, these are just the rear most set to be used if converting to the mk4 rear set up

I can do a four line set of rears or six line set with front hoses aswell but of course that alters the price

There used to be a company based just outside Manchester called FROST AUTOMOTIVE they did a kit for this at a reasonable price

Not sure if they are still going, they also did anodising kits etc aswell

its for the normal corrado g60 glader!there is no threads on it as it is secured by banjo bolts.

But what thread do the banjo bolts have on them??

Also what's the dimension of the hole that the oil passes through

I posted this to your response in my thread in the wanted section, i was after a set of two for the fronts only. They are the banjo type fitting for the mk3 golf vr6 288mm calipers, just the front two required, can you give me a price please ?

Just need to confirm if the company that supplies me has any banjo ends left to make them up with, if they have you will be looking at £27.50 the pair deliverd

Can do any number of rears to suit the mk4 conversion as they have a box of ends attached to hoses long enough to make rears but not fronts

if you want them with out the bolts i can do them for £28 including new washers as if you have the bolts in second hand calipers you will need the washers replacing

does it have a restrictor in it?

if not if you can get the thrread types and length of hose i can get it made

I bought a pair of these last week and found that the banjo bolt that goes into the Mk4 caliper was too long, so I used a hacksaw to cut it down about 7mm. Good quality item though!

think a few of you are watching these and one person from here has purchased them

please look at my other items and just ask if you want me to develop somthing for the car

i can custom make you a set of lines for the conversion, would need you too mesaure the length of the metal pipe and the flexi.

its not a avery common thing to do lines this way but its not un heard of, peugeot do it on the v6 coupe fitted with brembo brakes, they use a metal pipe to go from the caliper of around 13cm length and then go on to a flexi (i also make and supply these for the owners forum)
