Im having trouble with the rear spoiler motor. After rebuilding the thing 5 times - its still not working It sticks when going up or down - i.e. it moves in stages. I stripped the unit down completely, cleaned everything and re-greased using lithium grease. Even all the carbon dust from the motor and both pipes that the mechanism move along, but the sticking is still there? Any ideas - could it be the rely????? -

Spoiler motor cleaning and repair

I actually got round to taking the spoiler motor out today, was not too bad – the screws under the spoiler were a little tight, but did not break - (To loosen then i turned the clockwise just ever so slightly before trying anti clock wise). The two tubes are very tight – so going to give them a good clear tomorrow and try and put it all together again :-) -
No does not look to be, is fine when on the higher speed cooling the engine

Hi I noticed a clicking noise coming from the engine bay. Turns out the fan that sits on top of the Radiator clicking when it spins on the slower speed It seem fine when its going at the higher speed and cools down the engine. Its mainly annoying than anything else - as when the car id turned off - all you hear is the fan clicking Any ideas on what it is or how to fix

oil looks to be seeping through the seal

Removed Bonnet soundproofing what to replace with?

How long did it take you to get all of the glue off. I've used the Tardis, but it still left some of the glue on there -
