  1. not tried them yet mate, think thats what i will buy though. And the SRP is ok at correcting paintwork, i have been reading a lot about how under rated it is so thought i would give it a shot!!
  2. Well today I have had the Autoglass man out and not good news, some rust underneath the windscreen, so it will have to come out again next year and be done at the body shop. Its not that bad really but has got to be done… that’s better anyway, today I received some bits in the post to get rid of some of the swirls in the paintwork. Decided just to do a bit on the bonnet as I cant wait to get stuck in!! Quick detailer wipe down Clay bar, not a lot come off it actually This is what I was left with Now the fun bit, the MAC and new hex logic pads, me like!! After starting with the white pad and super resin polish, buffed off This was the result of the first pass The second pass Changed pad for more cut After 1 pass After second pass Was a lot better but thought I would try my new polish on white pad again So after 1 pass And again changed to the green pad After the final pass and wipe down As you could see a put a bit of tape there for comparison, here is the result, the top part is where I was working obviously Not the best results but a lot better. Need to get some better cutting polish and maybe an extra cutting pad for the deeper scratches…
  3. cheers Marcus, i will look after it dont you worry!! and i didnt to the brembos actually, i will do them tomorrow as im off work because autoglass are coming out... and yeah im on about keeping the colour of the wheels, theygo to well to change them like you say 8)
  4. yep, wilkinsons for the draws, cost about £20 for 2, then B&Q for the shelves, about £18 or something... you can get both of them at places like argos to i agree mate, love getting it nice and clean, but love getting it dirty to :D here mate, http://www.chemicalguysuk.com/category_s/1.htm i love chemical guys stuff as you can tell!! i use 2 bucket method yeah, but only 1 with a grit guard at the minute... would the surfex degreaser get that tar off the wheels then?? foam is awesome, and good fun to, would definately recommend... plus it makes you get the pressure washer out so you do the wheels and arches better than you would normally as i was too lazy to get it out sometimes

  16. yeah must be on purpose, wish i werent with the mrs as i would of left who ever a few suprises... thats why i really want to let my insurance know that someone has hit me up the arse in a car park now... the corrado doesnt see car parks either as i have a daily, just popped in after a cruise to sort out my xbox, last time it goes in a car park :nono:

  21. just thought i would share some pics of a incident i had yesterday... i was parked up in a retail park (across 2 spaces as usual so people dont touch my car) and came out to this    climatronic wiring-Golf from May 01.pdf0001 [1024x768].jpg[/attachment:23p5llzv] 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdf0002 [1024x768].jpg[/attachment:23p5llzv] 0003 [1024x768].jpg[/attachment:23p5llzv] now i dont know if they done it on purpose because i was across 2 spaces, but there were loads free!! and i mean loads, just look at the photos you can see no cars around me barely... i think it has scratched the bumper a bit, but wont know until i give it a good clean this weekend. If i hit someone like that i would of moved my car or at least reversed to hide what i had done??? My rear bumper needs spraying anyway, should i contact my insurer over this idiot?? i waited for a while but no one came suprise suprise. what you reckon i should do?? this sort of thing happened to anyone else?? my corrados attract trouble im sure...
