Is the starter motor from an ADY engine? Need a starter for my 8v daily, but it's going in to the garage for new wishbones, bushes all round, track control arms etc so it's totally skinting me! If by some miracle you still have the starter motor on my next pay day on the 31st May I'll have it from you

Hi mate, I'll send you a response when I get home this evening. Hoping I'll be able to get it all into 1 box.

Honestly don't know mate, I did read somewhere on this site that you can do a bit of swapping about with different top mounts etc to make earlier suspension fit later cars. Might be worth asking some of the more knowledgeable people on here. I never got round to trying to fit them to my 8v as I got a really good deal on some AP Coilovers just after buying this Gmax kit 2nd hand.

Due to the immense kindness of seanl82 sorting me out some injectors for the cost of postage only and because of all the help I've had off this forum and the Corrado community in general. I've decided to pass the good karma forward and give away for free some suspension I've got knocking round in my garage. So if somebody can collect or arrange their own courier to pick up on a Saturday, I'm offering a Gmax -40mm lowering kit, shocks and springs, in decent nick, very useable condition. Originally came off a G60, had early type top mounts attached on the front. Cheers Chris

Thanks mate but that's a little steep for me, I've found one on eBay in the meantime for under £20 inc delivery. Cheers for getting back to me though.

How much for the fuel pump? Got a part number for it? Cheers

Sorry to hijack but I'm in the same boat. Anybody got experience of custom made exhausts, powerflo, longlife, that kind of thing. I'm based in West Yorkshire. Cheers

No worries mate, let me know the postage price for the injectors etc on Tuesday and I'll send it straight over to you. Thanks again.

That's spot on mate, thanks very much. Don't suppose by some miracle you also have the fuel pump from the car as well?

Thanks mate, as far as I know they are the same, I've got the ADY engine which is the same as the AGG as far as I know. Any chance you have the fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator that the injectors are attached to as well? ---------- Post added at 11:56 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:54 AM ---------- Thanks mate, as far as I know they are the same, I've got the ADY engine which is the same as the AGG as far as I know. Another option I guess, where did you get them from?

Thanks for the info. When the ignition is switched on the fuel pump whines but doesn't switch off at all after any amount of time, I've left ignition on for over 5 minutes and the pump still hasn't stopped whining. It plays up with any level of petrol in the tank, I've checked the fuel pump relay no. 167 and it seems ok, warms up after a little running time. The other issue apart fom the intermittent crap running is that when it's first started it can sometimes struggle to tick over, so apart from all the parts I've already replaced I'm left with only fuel pump or lambda I reckon. Just getting sick of spending money on it at the moment!

Definitely getting running issues. Intermittently running like crap, feels like its getting held back is the best way I can describe it. I've replaced all the usual suspects: vacuum pipes, ecu temp sensor, cleaned the MAF sensor with electrical contact cleaner, new plugs, new air filter, cleaned out the throttle body, had a knock sensor relatively recently, new fuel filter. Can't think of many other things apart from the fuel pump, or the actual injectors.

Looking for some advice on fuel pumps. I have a 8v Corrado and there is a constant whine from the fuel pump when you turn on the ignition. As I understand it, the fuel pump should stop whining as soon as it has pressurised the fuel system. Anybody any ideas? Cheers

My wife is buying me a Corrado so i am asking for votes as a thank you.
