After much messing about and many blisters on my poor fingers the wheels finally went on for Harewood. Not had chance to set the coilovers correctly and the tyres need some more stretch but they went on to give me the idea of how they look anyway. Also went back to UK plates as just prefer the look at the minute. Not happy with how they sit at present however I popped across to collect some bits from Gareth (OSV) this evening and ive now an idea of how to have these set up just right so thanks Gareth!

If it was me I'd be toying with taking the VR out and having it completely overhauled, chains, gaskets, painted etc so you know it's all been done, Or R32 lump transplanted.

Good turnout today, Unfortunately i was miss directed to show and shine by the marshal as we were following Chris, Judith, Kip and Tim so missed out on the club display, It was also pointless as we werent even judged anyway. Thought it was an ok day but not upto Tatton's standard/atmosphere and have to agree with Wendy's comments.

Stirling work, I'm always annoyed when mine gets rained on but if it was anywhere like this one Kip i'd definatley not use it in the rain. Forecast is good for sunday though!

If its only done 700 miles it could explain why ive not seen it kicking about around Preston. I do love a red rado. Mines only really been out to go to shows and a few trips out on nice days.

Wheels update (or lack of) Freshly painted centres briefly collected before noticing they'd sprayed the centre caps the wrong shade to match the car and the rest of the centres silver instead of Blackberry....... FFS !!! So, wheel build/fitting delayed so its going be very tight to get these done for Harewood now.

How's the dash facia plastic, ie the panel that goes around the abs switch all the way around the radio and heater controls.

Ordered the bits i need from the Stealer Dealers yesterday so hoping to collect today and refit over the weekend. grand total of £2.40 spent on screws and clips...... the jigsaw begins.
