Once the contract is up with the agent send them packing! They are all crap and just take money for nothing They put an over inflated cost in for repairs and pay the contractor doing to work peanuts! Just makes sure your gas safe cert is done every year and your electrical inspections Get a local handy man/ plumber etc who you can trust to do work as and when My parents rent a house out for me, my old man looks after the gas certs and work for me I pay an insurance against the tenant not paying rent or damage! I used an agents to find a tenant and do credit checks and that was it no management at all

Lol I won't be using them to courier any items that's for sure! I will be getting on that in the evenings! Might have it ready for lift out on Sunday if all goes well

Does any one on here use parcels to go? What a useless bunch off a holes! I placed an order to collect my splits on Thursday last week via city link and they never turned up! I then got told oh stay home another day for collection or leave them outside! I then complained as I didn't get the service I paid for! I have just been told basically though tits it's still got picked up and delivered! Even though wasted my day sitting in waiting for the courier

Of course i dont mind Jim, The engine had new yellow and blue coolant sensors and also a new stat. The stat failed and was always cooling which i originally thought my issue was with over fueling, since changing the stat and coolant sensor it still over fuels. I have not replaced any of the crank, cam sensors, maf, lambda. I have cleaned the MAF with carb cleaner and tried unplugging the MAF, it runs like a bag of nails with the MAF removed but ideals fine etc with it plugged in
