Arz tuning have them in stock at the moment

That install looks very clean. I did wonder where your car had gone. Hope you get the running issues sorted. May be worth speaking to vince at stealth to get his thoughts on it

Hi do you still have the drive shafts and subframe with rack?? -
I just need the fan cowling would you consider splitting it??
-
Put in a cheeky order with arz tuning for a few bits and pieces
-
I believe it should be before full throttle. I don't have my spare to hand to measure. If I remember I'll get some pics later
-
Could you send me the info you got on the service recalls that apply to uk g60s and the ones that cover all models? Would like to check if I have had everything done that should be.
-
hmmmm... if i remember correctly there is a nut on the linkage for the flap that can be adjusted to stop this happening
-
With the throttle fully depressed the flap should be shut
-
Good point. Also get someone to stand on the throttle pedal whilst you check the boost return flap is closing all the way
-
To do the inter cooler you will need 2 people. Jack the passenger side up and get someone to put the mix on the joins/watch as you close the return
-
the soap is just a really thick mix of washing up liquid and a tiny bit of water. use a paint brush and put it wherever there is a join in the pipes. when you close the throttle body if there is a leak the mis will bubble. you will know when you find a leak. if you find one tighten the jubilee clip and repeat. even use it where the 2 parts of the throttle body join together. if your injectors were leaking then you would smell/see the fuel coming out of them. once you have confirmed there are no leaks then i would look at the charger.

which part of the guide are you not sure of?? ill try to help if i can sounds to me like a boost leak. I had a similar issue after fitting my refurbed charger. It boosted pretty well for a few days then i couldnt get above 4 psi. I followed the guide and found a fair few leaks that hadnt noticed before . On a side note do you get a high pitched whistle as part throttle??
-
There is a thread in the wiki done by Darren from gwerks on how to check for boost leaks. Use this and you will be surprised where you find leaks
-
As the title says, am looking at up rating from the land rover one I currently have fitted.
-
I don't have the answer but will be watching as I have loads of little chips. Are the majority of yours on the passenger side??
-
Yes it is that switch. I can't remember the combination but the user manual has it in there. If you don't have the manual google is your friend
-
These are a real pain to remove as they're tied into everything. I have ended up sticking it in valet mode and refitting the factory immobiliser
-
No extra work to the engine itself. Just a new chip from sns to match the fuel to the boost. Bear in mind I did a hell of a lot of porting to get that increase
-
German eBay is a good bet. Approx £140 will get you a proper kit, I used one of them when I rebuilt mine. Took 3 days to arrive. After rebuilding and extra porting I went from 13psi to 20psi the difference in boost build up is considerably better. If you're happy to build the charger yourself go for it if not get jabba sport or jmr to do it for you
-
Can you not source an r32 from Australia. I believe they had them too. Would be a hell of a lot cheaper to ship too
-
Fitment wasn't the best from the sets I have. I'm assuming I have early clock surrounds and the shape may be different
-
11 or 12 psi in a standard charger an pulley. 14 psi standard charger with 68mm pulley. 18 psi+ with 68mm pulley depending on the porting on the charger

I can definitely feel the difference between v power/optimax and any 95 fuel. Especially when either in the wrong gear or pulling up hill you can hear and feel the car pink before it retards the timing. Run it on high octane and the effects are a lot less. Mpg wise I don't get much difference.
