get your error codes read with vagcom. I had this same problem and it was my front passenger hub nut coming undone and varying the distance to the sensor. Changed the bearing and nut problem solved

Another bad day in the life of the G60 today.... Got me to work fine this morning... 9 hours later i go out to start it and it turns but wont fire. It is fueling but not sparking, managed to get it to run a couple of times for maybe 30 seconds then it just died. Didnt have the time to look at it so i have left it in the secure compound round the back and will get someone to take it away tomorrow morning and solve the issue.

i had a plate made a while ago when i first did my front mount intercooler.... think its in my thread. I have now deleted the boost return so am thinking of using this plate and a silicone bend to join it to the airbox. Im thinking 45 degree bend somewhere between 75 and 80mm on the airbox side

Hi guys probably quite a simple question. What size is the hole on the air box that the charger connects to?? My gut feeling says 79mm also what angle hose would i need to get to do this?? Im asking as i have a 63mm outlet plate made for it and would like to attack it to the air box as the original hose is splitting and i dont want to get and crud in the charger for obvious reasons

There should be 6 clips that hold the heater assembly to the fan and duct. 2 on the front and back 1 on the top and bottom. They're where the duct meets the heartier assembly. Once these are removed you should be able to wiggle the fan and duct through the wires Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Another thought on the hunting. Did you connect the ecu to throttle body vacuum hose to the correct place. There are 2 ports on the back of the throttle body. Also make sure the cable is exactly 1 meter long as this won't help also Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Shouldn't use any silicone based lubes on the intake side of things. It hurts the O2 sensor. As for lubing the isv. If you look in the inlets on it there should be a valve just depress it an use your lube of choice. If I remember correctly there is a small Allen screw in one end you may need to tighten this as the internals become a bit 'loose' over time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It sits on top of your rocker cover. Has 2 pipes, one to the intake manifold the other goes to the boost return for the charger. Soak it over night in carb cleaner. Then lightly grease the valves inside it. Use non silicone based grease for it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
