nope didnt want to chance another hour rebuilding the pipe work. Managed to make it to Oxford before it came off again... lost all my oil through it by the time i got home, hence the need for the spare so i can get mine worked on
-
After todays mishaps with my boost pipes at stealth i have just checked my oil levels... i have lost about 3l today!!! all of this must be coming through the charger. Does anyone have a spare knocking around, even if i just rent it until i can rebuild mine

I used the stuff we put in our ultra sonic cleaner at work, rubbed it in with a stiff paint brush then jet washed it off. All grime from the last 20 years gone... Hello OEM finish -

Any body going from the Poole/Bournemouth area?? I want to head up even if I don't get a run -
Contrary to what is said above. It doesn't matter what pressure the fuel pump is. The FPR will sort out any over pressure.

My g60 will not be going for a winter sleep. Fingers crossed it will never have to

Mine are in a box like this Then wired in and tucked against the wing behind the light Fully water tight I tested this in a bath tub -
Sounds like your blue temp sender has died. When this is not working the ecu goes from a default table for the fueling

distance is the problem for me hence asking for the postage no problems if you dont want to post it maybe someone else can collect and do the postage for me
-
Ill take these parts: Fusebox under dash cover tray Aerial Interior light Steering column surround Gear surround centre tunnel - if it has the gear stick part and gear knob PM me with a postage cost ill add the cost of a six pack to the payment ;)

You have had a tough year with the rado. Best of luck with it when it comes back out of hibernation
-
I believe it was for the oil pressure sender if you had the option extra in the lower centre console instead of the cubby hole
-
looking for juice before the tidy meet today??

Don't think it is yet. There is one just outside Christchurch tho. If that fails use sainsburys on alder hills as they get their fuel from shell

Mk3 golf, seat cordoba also fit. I possibly think it is most VAG stuff of that age are a straight fit

If you have it check the original service manual the sticker should be there too ---------- Post added at 06:33 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:25 PM ---------- Corrado Nugget Yellow (LK1B) Tornado Red (LY3D) Black (LO41) Alpine White (L90E) Diamond Silver CC Metallic (L97A) Blue Pearl SCC Metallic (LC5Z) these are the colours listed by VW for corrados made in 1990 I have checked for codes for 1991 and 1989 incase yours was very early/late but LB5V isnt listed there either this colour was used on campers in the 80's... so maybe your corrado was a request by the original buyer to have it in that colour. or as per this archived post on here http://the-corrado.net/archive/index.php/t-50129.html? it was a misprinted code and the dealer ammended the log book to Dark Burgundy Pearl (LC3U)

The elements are set to rum in parallel so if one drops out you don't lose all of them.

I would advise getting the heater matrix from GSF, when i got mine a month ago they had OEM Valeo ones in stock complete with VAG part number and stamp on the plastic part. was About £25 for it. If you want paint in a rattle can it can come from http://www.spraydosen-shop.de/autolack-spraydose-vw-audi-lb5v-kometenblau-perleffekt-basislack.. will take about a week for it to arrive. This was the only place i could get aqua blue in a can at a reasonable price

you will find your fuel economy etc will be crap as your ecu will go to a predefined map rather that taking the sender values to map
