    Where can I get the front and rear Vw badges , and a new Corrado one for the rear? All the chrome is worn off mine .

    this is a 90 page thread... and I have a slow net connection , just wondering what is the favoured 25-30mm lowering springs for standard dampers?

    I'm considering swapping out my Weitec Coilies for something else , possibly even stock dampers with -30mm Eibach springs . I travel some horrifically badly surfaced roads , and my bad back is struggling . I drove a stock suspended Rado , and was impressed... now , just wondering though , how much lower mine is over standard? If anyone with 195 50 15 tires on standard suspension could measure to the top of the arch lip for me on theirs , I'd be eternally grateful.

    anyone know which black cable goes where? took mine out and not sure if they were correctly fitted? And how do get the flap control lower lever up? It seems to be not moving while I rotate the knob .

    I just found a seller on Ebay who says he has "loads" of mk1 TT arms... not sure whether loads is 6 , 20 , or whatever... result!

    and did I hear it right that an ABF stat is the one to go for?

    Mine is also 70-75 when steady motorway driving , anywhere from 40-80 mph , makes no difference! And driving easily , best mpg I'm averaging is 30-32mpg . Oil temps hover around 96 btw . Looks like I need a stat too? And do you guys think it'll help the fuel economy?

    Is the VR exhaust system bigger bored than a 2.0 16v one? Just wondering if it'd be a nice way of upgrading my 2.0 with OEM stuff , allowing for future bhp increases. Obviously not manifolds , just the system.

    TBH , it's a long time dream....part of the reason I bought the 'Rado in the 1st place.. just not with a G Lader.

    Just wondering have any of you gang supercharged your 1.8 or 2.0 16v's?

    just sorted the MFA bulb on my late 2.0 16v , and you don't have to take the clocks apart , the bulb goes in from the rear of the cluster . In fact , you can take them out without even disconnecting the power lead plug , and there's no speedo cable to worry about either.

    what exatly makes the R32 ones better , are they stiffer? Found all that myself! S'funny , it's not all that long since it was tested......someone musta known someone in the test centre... is this 8N0407181B the bush part/number?
