I received my order for stainless bolts. They did take a while to come but wasn't too bothered as I wasn't in a rush for them! He said he'd send me an oil filter housing bolt aswell but never received it. Again wasn't too bothered as he said he'd send it free of charge! I'm just glad I've actually received some bits and not lost out like some of you guys! Hope you all get it sorted tho :( Ben

So as said they didn't fit straight on. Seem to just about clear the calipers with a 5mm spacer. Didnt get round to fitting a 288mm caliper yet tho. [ATTACH]74555[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]74556[/ATTACH]

So the higher the ET, the closer to the car the wheels sit? So 35's would just poke a little more? Sorry if i sound dumb lol it's early! Cheers Ben

Well I'm going to test fit one on Friday so ill be back with the results! Cheers stu, I'm only running 280's at the mo so ill try that first, then i might fit a 288 carrier that I've got in the shed just to see if it's any better like said may be the case in the other thread! would there be much difference between 43 and 45? I'm a bit of a noob with offsets if I'm honest lol. Would 5mm spacers work then at ET 40? Cheers Ben

Yea that's the thread I've read. It's the only one ive found but doesn't really answer much. I might see if the 288s accept them first as someone said it doesn't have the brace bar on the front of the caliper? Worth a try. Really love these wheels and want to get them on for mivw :) Ben

Hey guys Purchased a set of estoril alloys off of Paul (itsmeagain) in 5x100 et35 fitment. I read a thread about them not clearing the calipers on a Corrado VR. I haven't actually test fitted them yet as haven't had time but all I want to know is.... Would simply fitting 10mm spacers sort it out? As that would bring the ET back to 45 as standard wouldn't it? Also anyone else fitted these or have any pictures of them fitted? I can't find any pics at all !! Cheers Ben

Went to see the skints again last night at koko Camden. These guys only get better!! Played a few songs from the new album which went down really well! Proper reggae/roots/ska/dub summer BANGERS! Anyone who hasn't given them a chance yet.....should! :)

Think I'm gonna pop down but not in the rado :( Told my mate about it last night and he seemed keen, he's got a really clean mk3 VR. I told him to sign up on VR6OC but don't know if he will so ill let him know the prices and stuff then ill stick my name down for him probly! Ben

About 3 o'clock today at the Bedford A6 roundabout! Couldn't believe it when I looked in my mirror so had to stick my head out the window and get a better look lol! Think it was a black 16v with XE in the last letters of the numberplate. Was going to try take a picture but was a bit dodgy on a busy roundabout! Exchanged a thumbs up and smiles with the owner 👋 Have never seen a woman driving one before so respect to yourself :D lol Ben
