Well its about time I thanked all these guys for helping me finish my car Its been running pritty well just a few theething probs but nothing mayor but if it wasnt for Miguel @ G-tuned (charger), Bilal @ SNS (chip) and John and JMR (boost tubes welding and much more) with all the time and goods they have given me there is no way I couldnt have done it. All three have gone out of there own way to make sure I was a happy bunny and trust me thats a hard thing to do lol So this is a big thank you to these guys

blackcat16v one fo the guys that comes to my monthly event his brother sprayed his car (mkI 8v turbo) and the paint work is floorless and prob better than some of these common known names in the scene and he is based in mk or luton cant remember lol Its like glass and considering this car sleeps outside and driven like its stolen there is no signs of probs like most resprays later on in its life If u pm me i can put u in contact with them as i speak to them alot on msn

i know i said i wont post on here anymore but i think im going to voice a few more comments that some other people and myself have been talking about last night one reason we feel so strong about the ccgb forum being held he is mainly down to people on here throwning comments at the club directly or indirectly hold a very strong position in the forum and not being members we feel that should have nothing to do with it also as for past stories etc i think alot of stuff mentioned here is not 100% accurate (not only in this thread) but thats not here or there if u want to move forward drop it and leave it in the past if not dont offer to change if ur still willing to hold onto the past remember it takes years to build up trust but it tkaes 10 sec to break it and i think those who truely want this to go forwards should start doing ammends in my opinion if not, no ones attitude going to change and where going to end up in this situation again. personally i will appologies for anything ive done wrong but then i wont sit here watching others do wrong and keep quiet about it. that my opinion

ok talking to some people i though i would clever this with an apology to most, for generalising about forum members my comments were aimed at certain individuals that don't actually require naming as it's obvious from the thread who they are i hope this clears things up

well i guess its down to which side of the story uve heard. like the saying is, there is two side to every story. yes this AGM should be interesting as there will be other developments to talk about. Perosnally the only way forward is see, is for this "stick to it and help" attitude the club had when i joined is carried through and its very hard to find this in people now-a-day :( .

I’m just going to quickly add my 2p's on here over a few pointers bought up First off all CCGB IMO has and always will get my money as Ive meet some great people through it, which has saved me time and effort, nothing has ever matched the kind of welcome, knowledge, friendliness everyone has got and should get. Sadly in the last year/two years the club has had some really bad setbacks but as mentioned I know all the committee are working very hard. I know how that feels running regional host in London for E1K its not easy when you have full time job and family commitments to keep, but people never understand and always expect things to be done prompt or want something to show for it, this so very hard to explain but is true. I know the sprinter does have past event etc but that’s what printed material is all about also a lot of the corrado owners in the club don’t have internet access or are not on it all the time/didn’t attend events so its nice to read about these things. But myself included don’t write in about our cars god knows how many times ive been asked but its never been finished for me to do a write up. Also the club isn’t full of politics its very relaxed even so more than this forum here guys cant wait for a chance to slat something off just because they want to or go on with useless information and I mainly put it down to being a younger crowd. This isn’t generalisation its just what ive picked up from following both groups. In the club yes it older generation but you tend to see they stick with the car through thick and thin and tend to keep it standard on here you tend to find the younger lot that want to the most of the car but the min things start to go wrong they cant wait to get rid of it. Again isn’t generalisation its just what ive picked up from following both groups. lastly the thing between CCGB and CF isnt down to being booted out its down to the way things where set up in the first place from what ive been told. What followed after that is down to the individuals and what steps they choose. Personally I will be sending a £15 cheque instead of the £7.50 renewal for existing members as I think it’s worth every penny.

Well I would gladly let it die but like I’ve previously posted and mentioned the "best corrado" owner bought those comments onto himself The owner for this corrado did not do anything you lot gladly took it upon yourselves. If none of you can not be bothered to read my replies properly then don’t bring up facts previously mentioned before. As for my name, all my life I’ve had people that don’t listen and spell it wrong even when I slow it down to a kids spelling pace. So yes I don’t like it when its incorrect and that my personal view and mine only if you want to correct me do it by pm not on here. If you want to lock it do it but don’t keep on insulting me by bringing up past points.

I couldn’t care less if the he had put up R32 badges on there I wouldn’t start slaging the car off and the owner for just that reason. In the end of the day there is a perfectly good reason why its there and as far as I’m concern you either take it up with the owner if you think its wrong but don’t judge him without knowing his side of the story on a public forum. He isn’t trying to pass it off as a storm because (and this what gets to me the most) really enthusiast corrado know it’s not a storm. Sorry guys but this is a shock!!!!!!! I know I use this forum a lot but I don’t get the chance to read all the threads, if that was the case there is no way I would let you lot get away with these kind of comments!!!!!! Last night at ace cafe I was approached by the owner, as I know him myself as I’ve helped him with some 16v bits and he uses this forum so imagine how you would feel that you come on here and find your pride and joy slated like a piece of shit. I know the "Tippex corrado" as he lives near me and he had it come, as he is the one that made the comments my corrado the best here (or along that lines) so he bought that kind of attention onto himself. But this Corrado in questions and the owner has never done anything in the sort!!!!! There is a perfectly good reason why he has the Storm badges on there and I’m not going to explain as I don’t believe it to be my place to do so but I just cant believe all your attitudes!!!!!!!! And haven’t none of you worked it out he is an enthusiast hence why he was at E38 and that corrado is better looked after than I’ve seen other corrado’s looked after!!!!!!!!! and I thought thats why where all here trying to keep the corrado alive! Personally I think this “Storm” issue has got a bit out of hand now and in the 5 years of owning corrado and being a in the scene I’ve never seen anything like this. p.s I wouldn’t reply normally but as i know the guy personally, I just can believe you lot have sank to a new low/level on here not only do i find it fcuking rude your calling him names but then you rip into his car!!!!! Sorry but its bad enough we get this attitude from other people in the scene I didn’t think we corrado guys had to join in as well!!!! Trust me I’ve had my car slatted off twice, once not as bad as the other but it’s not nice and that was coming from other corrado owners but at least mine was private and not on a public forum.
