Ok I just noticed that I got the fastest time wrong when I was reading. I missed one out :( Can anybody tell me what the fastest time set in the Xbox live group is so I have the time to work off please?? My fastest so far is 1.29.296 and the fastest I saw above after another read was 1.26.953. SO thats only 2.343 off. I will make that up. I just cant seem to get enough speed to pass the tyres at over 100mph :(

Im not on Xbox live otherwise I would do :( I did beat my time yesterday though so Im now down to 1.30.025 :D

I just found this thread today and thought that I would give the "Top Gear Corrado Challenge" ago myself. I took the blue VR6 and made it a 2.9 (as was mentioned above), set the lap counter to ten and off I went. The best lap although not a clean lap was 1.31.117 :cheers: Only 1.593 seconds off the time posted above. Knowing my luck though the time set in the group is a lot higher. Im going to give it another go tomorrow and see how i do

I spotted that link whilst trolling Google :D I remember someone putting it on Photobucket or somewhere similar. Saves £7 buying it, thats another £7 to spend

I remember when I first joined the forum someone had a link to the original "AUTOCAR+MOTOR 31/05/89 VW CORRADO 16V" magazine with their review of the car. I cant seem to find it anywhere. I thought I had saved it on my PC but no luck there. Does anybody else know where I can find it?

Ok I know this might sound a little daft it could just be my monitor but the center console lot is the plastic black or grey? It looks black on my monitor

O yeah I just remembered that I forgot to put that all 4 door cards come with the interior aswell

Ive just got a new interior for my Corrado so my old one is up for sale. I only changed it as I have now got a black set with the center arm rest. I have for sale in grey 4 front seats (1 is missing the headrest framework, the other spare is missing the twisty handle to recline it) and the rear bench (no armrest). The drivers seats have slight wear on the foam but the cloth is sound. The extra passenger seat will fix the problem with the foam so you can make a complete solid set. I was going to do it myself but i just dont have the time to do it. The The seats are located in Skegness, Lincolnshire so will need collecting as there is a lot of weight. Im open to sensible offers as they are now taking up much needed room in my bedroom. I have started to take the drivers seat apart so it could be rebuilt. I would prefer to sell this as one lot if I can. Here are a few pics I took awhile back. I will borrow a camera if you want some better pics. Bought a set of seats and door cards from "dubbers" today, Great bloke please to so business with

I now have for sale my much loved Caddy. Ive owned her for about 5 years now and done a lot to her since i found her in a shed and restored her. Last summer she was treated to a full interior re-trim including seats, door cards, sunvisors, A-pillar trim and headlining. The summer before I fitted a Digifant 1.8 8v GTi engine from a MK2 golf and while the engine bay was empty she had a complete new steering rack. All the suspension has been changed with TA Technicks Coilovers on the front and lowered shocks on the rear with 2" blocks. She sits on 14" VW Teardrops with fairly decent tyres. On the outside I have fitted early MK1 Golf mirrors, chrome handles with chrome inserts and crystal lights on the front. Im selling her as I have a kid on the way and she is no longer practical and running this and the Corrado will cost me too much. It will be sad to see her go after all this time but its time to move on. I want her to goto someone who will love her as much as I have. At Bug Jam 24 she won "Best Watercooled" in the "Rust & Rat" and also the "Skeg-vegas Hillbilly Award" the year before. I would like £2500 but willing to take offers. She is MOT'ed until 12th July '13 and taxed till 31st July'13. Im sure I have pretty much every receipt for all of the work that has been done over the years and also loads of photos which i will .ZIP up and email to the new owner. If you have any questions feel free to ask I don't bite haha. Right time for some pictures.
