Didn't see that one coming but respect to you sir if what you are saying is correct not that I dis believe you I have totally no reason to you are one of the most decent no bu** guy's on here glad you are back.
  13. I can understand where you are coming from too Sean Tomi is selling to perhaps those who don't have a lot of spare time which is fair although I'm sure there must be somewhere here that would refurbish them cheaper possibly a new group buy if we could arrange it?
  14. Supercharged may be the man to ask Micheal he recently sold a set I have taken one apart as the back had been damaged and all I can say is like anything else with these take your time it's not hard taking them apart but like tomi say's if the reflector's are showing their age this would be something to do while they are split.
  15. These test you mate on the way to national day last year lovely day and rather hot usual M6 issues ie incident's and slow traffic first one was no problem then as it looked like it was clearing another had happened not too far on so traffic ground to a halt with me in the outside lane and it was stewing. Car actually felt like it was trying to cut out as if it was trying to tell me it was too hot as traffic very very slowly moved I managed to get to the inside lane and off into one of the services to let it cool down. It will take you time to iron everything out mate but you seem more than capable to do it :thumbleft:
  16. Good news on the mot Sean. As for the rest welcome to the transplant world I get some funny look's when starting mine as you have to have a couple of tries before it will start mainly because with running aftermarket management (DTA) it takes the ecu a little longer to gat all the signal's before it will allow it to start. Whereas if it was running factory it would start straight away as it has a system called "quickstart" It is alot more mappable on DTA plus other option's like launch control etc

  21. Ok folk's I have re-opened this thread as the wheel's have been measured properly by someone who know's how to and they are ET50 which if you look at the pic's I posted on the 22 of Feb make's sense with the way they are sitting with 20mm adapter's on the front and 30mm on the rear. 1 thing i will stress though is that they will only fit over standard brakes. I did get them to fit over the Brembo's but it was a 35mm adapter that would bring them out far enough and they were poking a little too much.
  22. I shipped a steering wheel to Hendrik mate and it got there with no issue's. There is really no difference use Post office/Parcelforce
