a small update guys replaced the leaking heater matrix today!!! now that wasn't a nice job! but celebrating dry carpets with a beer!

I have been a slacker! went to vw action in my oettinger enjoyed the 8000hp top fuel car :) need to fit a matix to the rado keeps dumping it coolant on the floor have got one now and have taken it to my parents house while a friend has put loads of crap in my garage an a trampoline in the garden for two weeks until he moves and no1 son broke his arm bad compound fracture Monday night!!!! been having laugh therapy this evening. missed that on ebay was it wheels? I will go in my oettinger van for camping purposes and take the family with the view to spending some time touring in france afterwards and will be leaving from plymouth as i live in north devon (which costs a bloody fortune) instead of dover /calais but if ther was any way for everyone to hook up i am hoping to take a few other mates aswell and Hell the more the merrier! just throwing a bone out here.

its gonna be sweet sooooo much better than the normal lemans that audi have ruined with their diesel cars that make no noise. This is a top thread i have been a fire sprinkler fitter for 10 years and know the dangers of fire very well although have been a little remis although i do carry fire extinquishers i feel a better system would be beneficial! I have booked and paid for my tickets just wondered if any of you cloppers were going? Im taking my oettinger for camping purposes and because the rado wouldnt get there mind you.

A quick update heres what im going for! The light apertures need some extra work but the lights are fitted and the covers are solid and fitted! When the covers are finished i will use them as a buck for a mould and then glass some up The lights also seem to work really well very pleased :smug: ps one of the pedal fitted not sure about right foot braking

I have been mostly fitting headlights today in the rain and fitted the oil cooler in a suitable place ! She looks a little sad at the moment due to the angle of the light aperture from the mk3 golf which can and will be rectified oh and a bulb

a small update freshly motd ! new bumper acquired and sorta fitted ,windscreen needs replacing and aperture welding and painting (because its falling out) along with the bumper and bonnet before i can drive her clumpy! sorry i missed the 25th do looked good ! but le mans classic might be a goer next year bored with those diesal audis :sleeping: headlamps next! black wheels? any one want a mk1 gti? i keep seeing bits i want to buy bugger :help:
