  2. Bit of care and winter tyres = piece of p!ss!! Even on Saturday when it sh@t snow on maidstone big time 8) 8) 8)
  3. no probs Wullie but the difference they make is pretty bloody amazing. I'm so glad i'm not still trying to use my tired Eagle F1s - I'd have no chance, but then they do market them as summer tyres saying they're sh!te on snow!! It isn't all tyres though. There's plenty of totally useless technique out there ..........as well as pr!icks that won't clean their windows, roofs, and/or lights and don't use any lights or just sidelights so that the snow builds up on them again because they generate no heat and then can't be seen :cuckoo: Get well soon ol' chap  :salute:
  4. I love mine, shame so many other people were on 'whatever sh!te' tyres and impeded my progress slipping all over!! Gonna be evil tomorrow morning methinks. Worst case was prob the elderly chap trying to drive in a straight line with his handbrake on - I was complelled to knock on his window and suggest it was frozen or he'd left it on, :cuckoo: :cuckoo: - he apologised to me :camp:
  5. I'll second that, sorry if it landed you in doo doo, you were only trying to help us :salute: :salute: :salute:
  6. it p!ssed me off at the time and then when i needed to buy them, I had to wait to clear some debt first, could probably have saved some cash if I'd bought them a few weeks earlier, in the end they shipped direct from germany!!
  7. I like that Simple and you still don't have to Feck up your dash! WIN 8)
  8. Good luck there - I looked 6 months ago in preperation and no-one had any to order!!
  9. Colin Stubbs ME196NX cheers! :salute:
  10. As you can see the left leg squashes the dash somewhat and the attachment face could probably do with trimming down a bit but at least it works!!Corrado92.pdfIMG_0181 (Large).JPG[/attachment:14mtwi9s]passat climatronic wiring diags.pdfIMG_0182 (Large).JPG[/attachment:14mtwi9s]climatronic wiring-Golf from May 01.pdfIMG_0183 (Large).JPG[/attachment:14mtwi9s]2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfIMG_0184 (Large).JPG[/attachment:14mtwi9s]

  19. There truely are some dangerously over cautious knobs out there. If you're that under-confident don't fecking drive. :mad2: I had to travel one junction on the M2 this evening but there was a massive tailback to get on it from the A289 so i drove to the next junction and doubled back fearing the motorway itself was chocka but as i got to the junction i would have joined from it was clear  . I can only conclude over cautiousness on a wet, gritted, up-sloping on-ramp had slowed traffic to an unnecesary standstill and backed it up 3/4 mile along the A-road :bad-words:
