You are obviously a man of taste. Driving a Corrado and living in Yorkshire, fine choices! That is quite right....Hello & welcome to you Jay, i'm not far away from thee just down the road from you in Rotherham.

I'm 48, had my vr 7 months.

Good luck with the car. Good find really, agree 1 owner from new a bit of a jem tbh.
-
IMHO unless your going to strip the engine I wouldn't use scotch-brite, wire wool or a steel wire brush just in case bits break off and get missed with the compressed air. I have used a brass brush to good effect instead which is softer and easier to spot any bits that have broken off.Agree this is the way to go.

I did this to my engine of my bike, i know its not a car but it shows what can be done, i used the traditional mop / drill, and 3 types of polishing soap and a whole lot of time and effort.

Hi RayMeet starts at 7pm.
Bit of a disappointing turnout last time, but hopefully ( weather permitting ) the next meet should be Ok.

The meeting at Barnsley is at the Old Post Office, Haigh, just off the M1 at junction 38. As Vag-hag says, its on the second Wednesday every month.Usually a good turnout, with a good mix of vans and cars, beetles, golfs etc ( only us in a Corrado )
Steve
Good, what time does every one usually start to arrive?
