Hello there, I'm looking at starting this group buy in mid to late April 2014, for the longer wiper linkages for the RHD Corrado's. The part number of which is 536-955-326 price is £20.60 per each, Regarding postage cost I'll be sending the longer linkages out, inside a cardboard tube which will be 2mm to 3mm thick complete with cap ends, this way they should be kept safe and undamaged when in transit. I'll post up full postage details once I've worked out postage costs with Royal Mail. The cardboard tubes are only a few pence each, so I'll post up like I say full postage options once I have all costs worked out. Possibly will be 7 to 8 linkages in each batch, might be able to push it to 10 but these do cost a little more than the smaller linkages. Any of you guys and girls that need one I will be happy to sell at my cost price, it will take about 2 to 4 weeks until I'll receive each ordered batch. This will be on a first come first serv basis, so far there's a small list started for the first batch, in the post below. The first batch I'm looking at ordering in mid April of 2014 I should still be able to order the small linkages, if anyone still needs one. Hello there, I'm sure there was a thread about this back along, the pipe and hose I think you can still purchase from VW main dealers for about £65.00 Possibly the steel pipe will unbolt out from the flexi hose, looks like it does according to the diagram in the link below, but then I've never taken mine off as of yet. The master cylinder is bolted and fits through the bulkhead, and the slave cyliner is bolted through the bell housing of the gearbox, the metal pipe complete with flexi hose fits between the master and slaver cylinders. In the attached link below there should be a diagram of the full hydraulics, in the pedal box and of the master and slave cylinders. The master cylinders I think there are two types, one is of the early type or LHD type, which has the bolt eye on the end of it's push rod plus has the bleed nipple, Where as the later type I think has the white plastic push on clip, that fits to the end of the push rod and clips then into the back of the clutch pedal, some of these do and don't have the bleed nipple. I think that's right :scratch: Part number 357-721-465A is item 30 (this is steel pipe from slave cylinder complete with flexi hose) This pipe has the flexi hose attached to it plus has the spiral in the pipe. Part number 536-721-477A is item (31) (this is steel pipe from master cylinder and bolts into the flexi hose) This pipe runs along the bulkhead behind the heat sheld. I've just been out in the naff rain and measured my original old later type fog lights. CORRADO LATER FOG: The base of the lense where it is bonded to the reflector body, going from left to right is about 142mm to 143mm wide, then top to bottom is about 80mm. Then looking at the front face of the lense, this is about 140mm from left to right, and 78mm to 80mm top to bottom. There's some BMW lenses that look about the same, the BOSCH part number is 1305354933 BOSCH LENSE / FOG The base of the lense where it is bonded to the reflector body, going from left to right is about 148mm to 150mm wide =(difference of 7mm to 8mm = 3.5mm to 4mm extra each side) then top to bottom is about 85mm = (diffence of 5mm = 2.5mm extra to take off at top & bottom) Then looking at the front face of the lense, this is about 141mm from left to right = (diffence of 1mm) and 80mm top to bottom = (diffence of 1mm to 2mm) Ebay item number: 370669570281 Ebay link for the BOSCH 1305354933 fogs: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fog-Light-Lens-Bosch-1305354933-/370669570281?_trksid=p2054897.l4275 Could be very similar to the Saab lenses ?? Bought a few spares here and there which arrived on Monday. VW Logo rear badges, not new but secondhand, in quite good condition. [ATTACH=CONFIG]77809[/ATTACH] I've found a company near me that does professional chrome plating, to wood, metal / copper, and plastics including car badges, so I might get these done. New OEM rear Corrado badge same size as the original one, even has the slight cerve at the end of the badge, where it goes around the corner edge slightly. [ATTACH=CONFIG]77810[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]77811[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]77812[/ATTACH] Part number on back of badge 535-853-687 Thinking of getting this chrome plated as well just like my old original, if I do then I'll post up what it looks like. Front windscreen has a crack at the bottom of the drivers side, plus the screen is leaking at the top on the drivers side, so ordered all the 4 pieces of the front screen seal kit, but then found this on Ebay as well, new seal kit, only has the 2 pieces not all 4 but not bad for around £13.00 [ATTACH=CONFIG]77813[/ATTACH] Job for the good weather, hopefully I haven't got any rusty bits in there.
