Ive thought the same! I have a toad alarm and it has a button to press to turn headlights on but this could easily be used for remote start.HELL, WOT AM I ON ABOUT?im guna do it! :lol:

cut the small Red and black wire that goes to the original switch and run it to the new switch. then join the wire from the switch to black and yellow wire if that makes sense??

Ive converted mine from 42mm to 50mm thenback to 42mm again.The corrado is heavy and has crap gear ratios compared to the golf 16v and i have 17s so this throws the acceleration out the window.When i switched back to the 42mm one i noticed a big increase in overall torque and the car is much more fun to drive now

You need a engine from either a corrado or passat engine code 9a as these will fit easily with minor mods.You can also use the bottom end from 2l 16v audis which are engine code 6a but these need a few alterations.

SIZE ISNT EVERYTHING!!! The 16v rad altho smaller has tbigger core internals so cools as good as the g60 item

Yep it will fit your c,depending on wot nos jets you use alters the power.You can get anything from 25bhp jets to 300bhp jets :shock:

All he does is set the engine to optimum.Valvers tend to run lean at the top end so the wur mod increases the fuelling slightly to compensate.He then adjusts the timing and fuel pressure as needed.

Your best bet would be to use a 8v 2l bottom end from a mk3 or passat as this would be a straight swop on your engine. YOU MUST REMEMBER 8v and 16v bottom ends are NOT interchangable i.e 16v top 8v bottom or vice vesra

Where is the boot switch? Ive sat in my boot and closed it and the light went out,also ive disconnected both doors and bonnet switch and still the lights on :(

How about a supersport coilover kit from venom motorsport.Ive heard nothin but good about these kits. That way you can have it as low as you like :shock:

Tried switching it off but no good. Problem is my alarm now thinks a door is open and it wont set itself :cry:

If you mix screen wash with your water injection it has better cooling properties than water. 50/50 mix is best and it stops carbon build up and it also has methanol in it :mrgreen:

It sounds like a timing prob.When i fitted my new cams i had the cambelt a tooth out and the car suffered from the same symptoms.

So what year g60 would it have to be then?
