coullstar 0 Posted May 5, 2005 Oh er!! Gearknobs I mean. Picking up my new car on Sat and it has a nasty wood gearknob so I am looking for a nice replacement. The car is black and has black leather so I dont want anything that will stand out. I like the Mk4 knobs but they dont screw on like the Mk3's as far as I am aware. Please post pics of what you have. I know it sound kinda chav-esque, but it's not... it's rather classy in real life and isn't tacky... 8) I've got one too, comes with the leather gaiter as well, and (presuming you've just bought a VR6 Highline), you can sell the wooden knob and gaiter on eBay and possibly make a profit. Craig how do you find the gear change with that on though cos i like the Momo Evo gear knob but im a bit worried that it will make the gear shift feel even longer than it already is because of the increased height and the pointy bit at the front end/3rd gear area? plus i already have a stupidly difficultly nothcy change that is very easy to crunch so i dont want to exagerate the problem :? anyone else got any more pics of their knobs :lol: cheers, Alex Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
