mrbeige 0 Posted January 9, 2006 Had a stone chip in my drivers side lense just before Christmas, actually you could put your finger through the bloody hole, so I went down to local stealers and ordered a new lense for £28. fitted no probs, then would you bloody believe it, I went out to my C on Friday, and these a bigger hole in the other lense! :( :( And they don't do headlight protectors for the C.... I know £28 isn't much but I am a poor student with a car that is fantastically expensive to run.....lol Just thought I'd share that with you all. CazzaVR 0 Posted January 9, 2006 Used to have proper VW protectors on my first VR6. Think a company called EGR used to make 'em (was going to order some about 3 years ago), and may still do. You can prob order through your local motor factor.

Not_Aircooled_or_Taxfree 0 Posted January 9, 2006 Arr yes that sounds just like the sort of luck i have been getting ATM
craigowl 0 Posted January 10, 2006 I've got them on mine - see avatar. Very subtle - not obtrusive. I think I got them for about £25 from Eurocarparts. When you get to my age you will have learned how silly it is not to protect overpriced items like Corrado headlamps. The ones on our other car have been on for 15 years. craigowl 0 Posted January 10, 2006 mrbeige said No stock at Euro car parts....gutted I once saw some for various cars in a VAG showroom. Strangely, they were not more than about £25. Perhaps they can be ordered by the parts people for a reasonable price. I seem to recall Carnoisseur had them, too.
