The Hub 0 Posted March 18, 2006 Looks spot on the way it is mate, wouldn't even change the speedlines.

Phil K 0 Posted March 20, 2006 Hello Talk! Looking sweet as it is - don't think I'd change a thing 8) Parked along side you at n/r a couple of months ago I think mate - don't think I said Hi though  Thanks for the heads up on the TRL site - I'll be down there to get some shots soon! Is it easy to get in there?
Walesy 0 Posted March 20, 2006 triggermyson, I hope you're listening to all these comments  As the others have said Talc, i'd leave it exactly as it is.
Trig 0 Posted March 20, 2006 triggermyson, I hope you're listening to all these comments Yeh it's a good point. Would like mine slightly lower though like Talc's, his speedies seem to be fitting the arches perfectly. I am appreciating the speedlines more and more at the mo :) Walesy... have you got any experience fitting lowering caps... ;)
Walesy 0 Posted March 20, 2006 nope, none at all! Talc... what suspension set up have you got?
scarlett 0 Posted March 20, 2006 talc she is lovely... sometimes i forget just how lovely a standard rado can be... the height is perfect, am not a huge Speedline fan but on your car they look immense....!!! dont change a thing!!! just lovely.... :)
Trig 0 Posted March 20, 2006 I reckon it's lowered about 50-60mm all round.
KADVR6 0 Posted March 20, 2006 nice rado there mate, is this the one you bought of dutchvr6?? and looking at the suspension, i would say bilstein as the back allways sits lower with those kits on. 8)
Talc 0 Posted March 21, 2006 Cheers Guys, Always find myself looking at it and thinking I need to change everything... Nice to have a group of people telling me to leave it as is.(get the same from people at work) .. think ill stick to getting the abs working, fit lupo wipers etc for now... :) Its lowered on Eibach Springs with Koni TA shocks and has Bonrath Lowering topcaps at the front, the rear has height adjustment by some notches and is sat in the central notch at the mo... Err as far as going to get some pics in the TRL, i'll have to ask security, I work in offices in the TRL as theres a small business estate still in there ...
Trig 0 Posted March 21, 2006 Thanks for the info Talc, obviously caps are the way forward as your height is just right. Although I think my rear Koni is on the middle notch :?

Talc 0 Posted May 24, 2008 Cheers, been driving LHD for two years now, had a hire car for a couple of days last week, so many near misses on the first day, and occasionally hitting the door card to change gear too...?! it's converted me.! oh, and scratch my initial new wheels and stuff comments, the car is staying the way it is....
