if they are aluminium (rather than chrome) you could 'brush' them yourself, i've done that before and the results are very good, you need to use that 3M scourer stuff (the name escapes me atm, scotch something I think?). You can do the same to scuffed 'brushed aluminium' to repair and bring back the finish

I'm no comercial. And doing a group buy in high number of items was last time with Eurocullen and the sidemarkers a disaster.

So no real intension and time to do it.

 

The difference between chromed or polished(like mine) is you can see the very small traces of the CNC-drill on some edges.

If you got the chromed ones(and it looks like that) they look more smooth and more than the OEM-Ones from the VW Santana for the earlier Corrado style.

 

Most people from the first group buy ordered the polished and chromed version of them(cause that fits to the polished rear set entry levers and to the doorpins.

The ribbed and blue or red anodised version was not that much ordered.

Both early and late style chrome versions are available from Venom - £20 a pair.

Just to throw a spanner in the works I called Venom about their door pulls "Part ID: 839207".

 

They told me they are from the Early Interior Corrado's.

 

Do the other VW door pulls fit the later interior C?

As far as I know early pulls are the same as Mk2 golfs and late are the same as Mk3 golfs. Venom does both types.

 

I guess late pulls are different to mk3 golf ones then??

I am pretty much certain that late are not the same as a MK3.

I was looking at the door handles in a mates MK3 yesterday, they do look cery similar, but hard to say without comparing the two items off the car.

 

Maybe a check in etka would shed some light on this. If the part numbers match up then we know for definate, if not the two need comparing side by side.

From memory, the MK3 ones are a slightly different shape unfortunately as I've looked into this aswell. It might work if you use the corresponding MK3 plastic mounting cup and surround ring aswell though. The 'handle' section is identical, it's just the 'hinge' bit that is shaped differently.

 

They really do brighten up the interior nicely tho.

oh and if someone wants a matching set of seat recliner handles ( for want for a better word) you know the handles which one lifts to tip the front seat forwards to gain access to the back, and where the seatbelt slides past. Then I have one set of those too. They are for the NON recaro seats, hence I can't use them..

Seemingy people have a problem on me charging a paypal commision to cover the transaction costs in order as not to make a loss.
