Cheers guys. Its the logical progression for me. Much as I love my dubs, its the right move.

No plans for interior swaps etc.. just sensible performance mods. :)

If all goes to plan I will be getting a 911 (964) Carrera 4

nice. i drove my friends dads C2 for a weekend and loved it. thought about getting one for a breif moment

Why a LHD though??? and of course you know the C4 is 4wd not RWD as you hinted!? :D

Yeah changed my mind today between a C2 and a C4. :)

LHD for one you get a lot more for your money, but also because there are some sacrifices with the RHD ones, like the offset pedals, wheel etc..

The LHD one was the original intention and that is what I want to experience.

Its going to be sweet !

Jay's vision via ME .. lol (see pics)

unless he's going for a 964 turbo or celebration i'm afraid he's got to make do with the narrow body  not those wide/turbo body ones you've got there..............anyway Jay have you seen one you fancy yet???

what colour?

i was looking at a purple one myself a month ago but couldnt insure the bugger.

guards red suits them aswell in my opinion

keep an eye on pistonheads clasifieds... there are alwasy new ones coming up on there and they all seem to be well looked after.

i think there is still a low mileage LHD one on there.. let me check.

964's have to be one of the best "entry-level" 911's out there......so much metal for yer money, and with the added refinements of PAS n ABS too

still look fresh too even tho they were launched roughly the same time as the C
