18" wheels on a corrado

Recommended Posts

Say goodbye to any sort of handling or ride comfort.

Honestly - really bad idea IMHO.

The Corrado was just not designed for wheels that big.

16's for the best compromise between looks and handling, 17's fot the best 'look' IMO and 15's for the best ride.

heres a C on 18's

You might want to check the offset before handing over the cash aswell..... if it's 35 or lower, you're stuffed as far as adapters go.

will 18's need the arches rolled or not?

It's the width and offset (ET) that make arch rolling / extending a must. The tyre gets smaller as the alloy gets bigger to keep the same (or close as possible) rolling radius.

I've not got any arch mods on my G60 and I'm running 18's at the moment only rub a wee tiny bit on full lock

I'd imagine the ride would be pretty hard tho?

I thought you'd bought these already on the bay... if so then you're already the proud owner of a set of 18's

Sandy: What ET and width are yours ? as this is what the problem will be.
