Mancorr 0 Posted December 24, 2006 Is the back Corrado badge stuck on or does it have pin kind of things holding it on?

Mancorr 0 Posted December 24, 2006 Thank you mate....i was going to de-badge mine to give it a smooth look but if it has pins then i wont  My C is red and has a red Corrado badge. Think i will change the colour now, or maybe buy a chrome/silver badge? Think a black badge if i was to spray it would look good on a red C?
Phil K 0 Posted December 24, 2006 Good luck finding a chrome badge - they're not made any more :?

Jon_vr6 1 Posted December 25, 2006 lots of copys on ebay though which look pretty good quality!
dinkus 10 Posted December 26, 2006 And to re-iterate - Corrado badge is stuck on with 4 pins, 16V/G60/Supercharged/VR6 badges are just stuck on.
BigTartanJudge 0 Posted December 26, 2006 Have never seen a "copy" of a corrado script badge yet on eBay. Although there are always a few overpriced original script ones in primer available. Original price was £9.49+VAT, they are usually £18-ish plus delivery e.g here: clicky clicky Could always get one of these and paint it silver or have it chromed
nocrap 0 Posted December 26, 2006 I've always found the chrome hobby spray paint very good, never used it on car bits but I'd imagine it would be fine if sprayed with lacquer.
craziscot 0 Posted December 26, 2006 I posted a link a little while ago to a german site that does remake ones, very similar to the original, bought a full set for when I get the respray done... Unfortunately not at my own computer so can't repost it just now.....time for the search..... :D
BigTartanJudge 0 Posted December 26, 2006 they had better be careful then, as thought that the actual corrado font is copyrighted etc ? Better off with an original like the ones above on eBay as I can't imagine a copy being any cheaper TBH.
craziscot 0 Posted December 28, 2006 To true BigTartanJudge, dunno about the copyright but the price is about the same. Most of the unpainted ones look very much alike the unpainted on the site I mentioned though, only difference is they also do a chromed one........ BigTartanJudge 0 Posted December 30, 2006 Hmmn, yes, but I reckon at 55 euro's shipped it's a bit steep tbh......
