How long have you owned your Rado?

 

Is there anybody here who bought there rado new from the vee dub dealer back in the mid 90's and are the orig owner ?

 

I'm the second owner of my VR bought her when she was 15 months old.

 

And is there always going to be a rado on your drive or in the garage, if not what do ya fancy.

bought mine in August 2001 and I'm the second owner,no plans on selling it,tho its kinda been replaced as my main car by my 993 Carrera 4

Im the third owner on mine and have had it for a year and a half. Had a valver before this one for just over 6 months.

 

No plans to sell...

Had my valver since Jan 04, got my VR last year no plans to sell either - despite the VR soiling its passenger carpet this weekend (Scuttle cover seal thingy gone)

 

Third owner of the valver, dealer demo for a year then same guy until I bought it.

 

6th keeper of the VR and it needs some serious love..

Bought mine in 1999 it's on 56k, summer use only now limited to 1500 per year. Modded in OEM+ style with all original parts retained. No plans to sell (but Roddy's got first refusal if I snuff it Lol!)

Bought mine new in 95 :) mine will always be in my garage. :)

I bought mine in '96, it's '94 ('M') registered. I'm the second owner. The guy I bought it from said 'When you come to sell it, let me know and I'll buy it back.' Little did he know !

 

35k miles on the clock when I got it, now it's on 168K.

 

Longest by far I ever owned a car and the highest mileage.

 

Can't see me changing now - though I need to be spending some serious money before too long :(

I do have a orange badge in mine :lol: I'm on my second rado too had a J plate 1.8 16v when she was two years old had 20K on the clock. at the time. had two rado's in the garage for some time. but the valver had to go to make way for the V6 sold it for about 10K many years ago.

 

there always be a rado in my garage.... I'm on limited mileage too although i only cover about 150 miles a year in mine at the moment. hence the low mileage

I bought my VR6 in August 2003 so coming on 4 years. thats probably the longest i have kept any 1 car, and as much as i want a 911, i cant ever imagine selling the Corrado.

 

I had a 2.0 16v Corrado for a year before that.
